Dr Dunston is a remarkable physician very thorough in examination and follow up. Its so wonderful to have a doctor that truly listens to you. While I have so many wonderful things to say about dr Dunston but it would be unfair not to mention her assistant Erica who service and kindness i very much appreciate.

Very happy with my new family Dr.Yalda Mir. Knowledgeable, and cheerful . Helpful staff too! I recommended her to my family members looking for a family physician!

Worst experience with one physician there, Dr. Yalda, I think she needs to take a sabbatical. She takes things personal with patients when a patient questioning her regarding procedure, that’s very unprofessional, She has no empathy, very close off. There is no patients & doctor relationship

I've had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. Dr. Lam and now Dr. Prucnal have been very attentive and helpful. Of course, there are times that the clinic is very busy, but when I really needed to see my doctor and she was away for some reason, another doctor was very helpful and my records were updated.

I am so disappointed by this clinic. I’ve been attempting to get an appointment for over a week now and no luck. The receptionists never answer the phone and they take forever to call you back, if they do. Maria - one particular receptionist - was so rude on the phone it shocked me. I stated that I really needed to see my Dr. and she replied (very rudely) that she gave me “one option” and if that doesn’t work it’s “my problem”. They need to hire new staff and figure out a new system because the clinic has so much potential. TERRIBLE RECEPTIONISTS.

They shouldn't call their clinic walk in if they cannot considerate late patient, I even call that I will be late for 10 minutes but then Dr. Dunston, she don't considerate for 10 minutes, I can't imagine I was suffering for stomach pain and I was late and the doctor cannot considerate. I was there at the clinic I sit before I leave coz I can't manage walking because of the pain and the two receptionist they don't bother asking if I'm ok or not I was so disappointed I'm in the clinic of the doctor but they couldn't help. Dr. Josephine Dunston is not helpful she don't know how to considerate

My partner and I are not happy about "Discovery Family Health Clinic", Dr. Ingrid Lam and receptionist Anne. On 21st of November 2017 we visited this clinic with my partner. Receptionist Anne who was working that night, took my partner's health card, verified all the information and sent us to see the doctor without any additional questions. Only After we saw Dr. Ingrid Lam that we have been informed  to pay for the service because my partner's health card was expired. (It's the old health card without the picture on it). Anne told us that only AFTER we have seen the doctor. The receptionist had to make sure that we are eligible for free service and must inform us overvise, or provide us the price  before we seen the doctor. The ministry of health  mandate was disregarded. After our verbal complain and disagreement, Anne and another receptionist forsed us to make the payment. Both of them agreed that they had to informed us about the payment BEFORE the service and they still insisted that we pay. They just said "we are apologize " and charged us $75 anyway. This amount  is a lot for our budget, especially for the service what should have been to be free! We were both really fustrated and angry about the fact that the receptionist Anne did not advise us about the payment and still forced us to pay for her mistake. So, I would like to help another person  and prevent this kind of situation in the future. And honestly, we don't think it's fair and legal to charge patients without warning.
