I've been a long time patient of Dr McNamara's haven't seen him in a few years I'm having severe foot problem I called the office the girls were nothing but down right out rude. They changed their hours to early in the morning to about 1:00 in the afternoon I told her I'd like first one in the morning I was told I couldn't have it she more or less reprimanded me like I was a three-year-old I don't know who he has working in that office now but it's not the old stuff that was the last time I went so now I'm going somewhere else I don't need to be spoken to in a rude manner. These girls got to remember it's the patients that pay their bills that is why they have a job. I love Dr Mack and I'm sad he's saying such a rude stuff now hopefully the new doctor I'm going to go see can help me out and I even doubt if they sent my records over to the new doctor

Dr. McNamara and his amazing staff go over and beyond for their patients. Our son is his patient and has TBI (traumatic brain injury) it is so hard to find a doctor & staff that will help and be so caring. You your treated like family there not only do they help the patient they help the family that is also so nervous and worried. Any time we call with and question or problems about our son we are never made to feel we that we are bothering any one. They are there to help. We highly recommend Dr. MC & his amazing staff!!!

Really like & trust Dr. Mc. Usually runs late but doesn't rush you & will do unscheduled procedure if called for. Staff does make appointment reminders.

He is very good, runs late, rushing around, but is very good. The staff are quite unprofessional and seen uneducated., which is a big draw back. There seems to be a lot of confusion in the office but if you can deal with long waits and being rushed he knows what he's doing .

I agree that Dr. McNamara is top notch. He explains everything non-technically and takes the time to figure out the right treatment for each person. I never feel rushed. I'm not crazy about the staff, however. Phone calls are not returned, and appointment reminder calls are not made.

First off I want to say that I could not be more pleased with the services that Dr. McNamara provides. All the positive comments attributed to him, are well deserved. However I must rate his office staff at 0. In my conversations with them, they have been condescending and not helpful in the least. As well they rarely will return a phone call, after one message. Please hire a caring and responsible staff.

He is a very friendly doctor. He treat everyone like you are special. I had nerve pain in my foot and he fixed it. He always tried his best to help you, even if the foot was not the cause. I highly recommend him

What a great staff and doctor. Worth the wait. Dr.McNamara has a reputation for directness, honesty and being extremely bright. I agree.

I've been going to Dr. Mc for many years as well as many members of my family. He's a wonderful Dr - he gives you all treatment options and takes the time to explain things to you. He's done 2 surgeries on my sister and she's been very happy as well! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Dr. MacNamara is one of the finest doctor and surgeon in the area.I have known doctor Mac. for over 25 years and have been treated by him over the years.Every appointment i Have gone to he has given me all the time I have needed to make a decision on a course of treatment.
