Dr. Naji is an outstanding vascular surgeon and individual - incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly caring in his approach. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I felt confident I was in the best hands. I saw Naji after a vascular exam and my family practitioner saying he'd continue to monitor me. i had no idea why this appointment was made and even called my MD to cancel it thinking others might really need to see him. The doctor was a half hour late. told me he was a vascular surgeon. He asked me if I smoked. I said "never". He proceeded to lecture me a raised voice about the dangers of smoking. and told me i had a serious problem probably needing heart surgery in 2 years. I exercise two hours a day. I eat little meat. I told him I was not responsible for the smoking in my family. I bet he's technically competent but I was in tears after he spoke to me. luckily its all normal now. I've asked for the results of my recent test and hope to receive t them soon.

Dr. Faysal Naji is hands down the best vascular surgeon around. I would recommend him for any surgery—a very knowledgeable, very intelligent and very caring person. The doctor always told me everything is going to be ok, not to worry, he made me feel comfortable, and I was in good spirits. He is the best around I would be very happy to recommend him to anybody.

Dr Naji performed two carotid endarterectomies on my 86-yr old father in the course of six days after my father experienced some TIAs, which prompted scans that showed both arteries had significant plaque blockages. Dr Naji explained the procedures in great depth, responded to our questions, and moved the entire health system to ensure that these urgently-needed procedures would happen quickly. Dr Naji consulted with us closely and visited my father several times in hospital during recovery. Dr Naji's office manager, Suzette, provided exceptional assistance in managing admissions, following up on discharge orders, relaying questions and answers to/from Dr Naji, assisting us with prescriptions, and ensuring all of the parts of the system coordinated properly. She is personable, fast, and very organized. My father is recovering quickly and we are deeply grateful to Dr Naji and all of his team for the work they did to help ensure my father avoided a catastrophic stroke. Dr Naji could practice any where in the world and we are grateful he choose do to his work in Niagara. He also gives back by performing needed surgeries for free in developing countries. From the very first visit I was extremely impressed. Made me feel comfortable and no questions I had were overlooked. They were answered in detail and he made sure I understood what he was explaining. He did vein surgery on both of my legs with amazing results.
