1. Was told by Dr. Hook that, in her words, my treatment for breast cancer would be "easy peasy". 2. Communication was harried, inappropriate, and incomplete. 2. Treatment for Stage 1 breast cancer became complicated under Dr. Hook's care. 3. Required a second opinion, after two surgeries, that revealed deficiencies in the care I received from Dr. Hook.
