I found Dr. Hewitt kind, knowledgeable, and extreme helpful. I have been a patient for 7 years.

Terrible " customer service" . I just don't understand how the whole office ( 5/6 people I encountered) can be so unconscious. Staff was confused, and rude. Dr Hewitt was late, dismissive, rude and uncaring. Dr didn't answer questions, didn't have good information and did not care. Gave wrong prescription twice, and have given them several chances to right the whole situation. My fault for walking in there, but they don't get any more of my money.

Just BAD He is rude, condescending, and prescribed me some contacts that hurt me quite badly.

I saw Dr. Chris Hewitt, who completely missed my ARMD!! I saw another optometrist who thankfully referred me to an ophthalmologist. Now I'm currently having injections into the eye. Thanks for nothing Chris Hewitt! >:(
