My appointment was really good. I don't like needles at all and Dr. Hawley was very gentle in administering the freezing that was needed. He listened to my comments and my needs and made very effort to accommodate them. All in all, I was very glad that I chose to have the work done to repair and replace some work which had been done long ago.

I had part of my tooth break off due to a cavity and had to make an emergency appointment. They were able to see me the next morning, which was amazing. I was early and they ended up seeing me before my appointment time. The facilities are clean and professional. Dr. Hawley took an X-ray and explained what had happened to my tooth, and recommended redoing the filling to fix it. The procedure itself was painless and I was very happy with the results. He explained what may be required for maintenance in 5-10 years. The front desk staff are efficient and were ready with payment details shortly after the appointment. They don't do direct billing, but they do submit the details to GWL so I barely had to do anything which was nice. This is not my regular dentist but if I had another dental emergency, I'd call here first.

Very impressed with Dr. BrettHawley and his assistant Katherine. I am nervous when it comes to dental work, and they both made me feel comfortable, with no pain during the procedure.

What I do not appreciate is being quoted a price for my procedure then once the procedure is completed and I’m at the reception to pay the price has doubled. I’m sorry but that’s just not how business should be conducted. I had budgeted for a certain price then having to pay double. That to me is unethical.

They have a very high standard of service and professionalism, coupled with very well experienced and highly skilled professionals. I am super impressed and I’m glad I moved here from the other Dental clinic i used to go to.

I absolutely adore everyone at Holland Cross Dental. I have a serious dental phobia, and everyone is always so kind. Dr Hawley and his staff are gentle, and very understanding. I never feel pressured, and they do everything they can to ease my anxiety. If you have any dental hesitation at all, I would 100% recommend Dr. Hawley!
