Brandi is knowledgeable, however, she does not follow with her patients, despite her telling me to let her know of a new medication side effect. Two weeks after leaving message at office I received call from someone at the office to stop medication, with no inquiry as to how I was feeling. Good thing I went to urgent care 2 days after leaving the message. Also, I had to call office, 3 times after testing positive for Covid, to have script sent to CVS for paxlovid. Script sent to CVS on day 5 of my symptoms. SMH. After the annual exam in Feb, medication refills were not sent to my mail order pharmacy until 6 days later, after I called to fu the pharmacy fax that was sent 4 days after my exam. I do not recommend her as a provider or this office.
