From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and thorough in explaining each step of the process. He made what could feel overwhelming much more manageable by breaking everything down in a clear and understandable way. Communication was excellent throughout my care. The online portal was easy to navigate, and I always received quick responses to my questions. The medication calendar and portal were especially helpful—very visual and easy to follow, which made a big difference during such a detailed process. His nurse, McKenna Hall, was equally amazing. She was very responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered, often coordinating directly with the doctor when needed. I always felt supported and never left wondering what to do next. The front office staff also played a big role in my positive experience. They were kind, encouraging, and even took the time to celebrate milestones along the way, which meant so much during such an emotional journey. This has been a long and sometimes difficult process, filled with fear, sacrifices, and many emotions. But having a team that consistently explained every step and reassured me made all the difference. I’m so grateful for their care and support. I’m now happily moving forward in my pregnancy journey and look forward to this new beginning. It was truly worth every sacrifice, pain, and tear.

Dr. Harris has been the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever been too. He is kind, thoughtful and thorough. He will never leave your questions and concerns unacknowledged and makes a hard process easier. He treats his clients and his team with respect and makes you feel like a friend as well as a valued client. I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this with anyone else and am very grateful.

I can’t even possibly begin to find the proper words to describe not only the care Dr. Harris provided me during my treatment but the incredible person he is. As an ER nurse and being at bedside for nearly 8 years I’ve had the honor to work along side hundreds of Dr’s and I can say confidently that not one of them has ever come close to having the bedside manor Dr. Harris carries in every visit. Whether it’s a phone conversation to answer my millions of questions, or an ultrasound to see the progress in a cycle he has been by my side, supported me, listened to me. He never rushed once. He never dismissed a single feeling I had. He went above and beyond the call of duty, even returning to work early from vacation to check labs for me and coming in another time on his day off to do my transfer. I sit her 9 weeks pregnant and it’s 100% because of this man and his dedication to not only treatment but making sure I was okay every step of the way. Dr. Harris made our very nerve wracking time at Shady Grove extremely comfortable and welcoming.
