I would like to share my excellent experience with Dr.Arij Al Kayyali this endodontist (root canal specialist). I needed a root canal retreatment for a tooth that had been treated about 10 years ago. During the procedure, the doctor identified a fourth canal that had not been treated previously and managed it with great precision and professionalism. The work was very thorough, and the outcome was successful. What truly stands out is her efficiency—she works very quickly without compromising quality. She is also very calm and reassuring, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. At one point, I experienced a jaw dislocation during the session, and she handled the situation calmly and professionally, repositioning it without causing panic or discomfort. I really appreciated her confidence and care in that moment. Honestly, she is an excellent and highly professional doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of root canal treatment.

Procedure Jan 2025 - completing a root canal treatment which was started 2 years earlier in the US. I had had a follow up 3D Xray in the US 4 weeks earlier, no cracks found just a hint of a small infection Dr. Al Kayyali completed her evaluation. The risks and cost were presented to me. Dr. Al Kayyali informed me she had an appointment cancellation and could do the root canal immediately or I could wait. I decided to proceed. Dr. Al Kayyali advised that if a crack was found after starting the root canal treatment then it would have to be aborted and an extraction would be recommended. Dr. Al Kayyali worked with speed and only took a couple of minutes to remove the existing filling. A crack was found and the procedure had to be halted. I subsequently had an extraction the following week by my dentist

Dr. Al Kayyali & Petrine was very good. searched out the problem tooth & proceeded to remedy. A major crack was found so procedure completed with explanation & instruction to permanently rectify. Sorry for looking after me.

I highly recommend Dr. Arij Al Kayyali. My 8 yr old son broke his adult front tooth and exposed his nerve. She did a great job of immediately treating the situation and explaining the long-term options. She seems knowledgable, patience and caring. In our case it will not be a one and done but we trust her in his care. I think the highest compliment someone can get is for a parent to say they trust their child's care with them.

Dr. Arij Al Kayyali just completed my second root canal and she is outstanding. She was able to see me either same or next day to help fix each tooth. She and her assistants Susan and Saira both took time to carefully explain what was involved. I really liked that they kept communicating with me to let me know where we were in the process, what was next and how much longer it would take to complete. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is facing a similar procedure. They will help you get though what can be a difficult procedure with great care and compassion.
