This dentist lost 3 customers (family) in 1 visit. He had a very poor way of instruction. Maybe his lack of proper English language. I didn’t understand him then to my shock, he laughed & mocked me to the hygienist. How professional is this? Why treat a customer like that? Disrespectful & ignorant but the staff were friendly & great! Dump the dentist.

Horrible experience with this abusive dentist. He was not very personable and made me feel uncomfortable with his lecture about how to care for my teeth, talking to me like a child. After the extraction of a molar, he was explaining my tooth to the assistant and when I tried to see what he was pointing out he hid it from me. While checking out with the front desk he yelled at me to brush my teeth in front of the staff and other patience that were in the waiting area. After about 4 days I noticed a sharp piece of tooth protruding through the gum. At this time I had no concerns as this can happen sometimes. But after a week the gum swelled up and get continually painful. I was uncomfortable gong back to see Dr. Luu so I made an appointment in another city where I learned that not only was a piece of tooth left in the gum but Dr. Luu didn't even remove the root. The xrays showed that Dr. Luu had cracked off the tooth and left everything else in the gum which had now become infected. I had to pay out of pocket for the new dentist to remove what Dr. Luu had neglected. I will have this incident investigated with the Dental Association. I highly recommend that woman and children especially stay away from this Dentist. Since I aired my concerns I have heard many other issues from other previous patience with similar experiences.

I have only the best things to say about Dr Luu and his staff!! My daughter has had about 10 teeth pulled by Dr Luu with out any pain or complications. The last tooth he pulled was an adult tooth that was in the wrong spot and up in between the roots of the other adult teeth. Dr Luu gave us the option of taking her to an oral surgeon so she could be put under, we chose Dr Luu as he knew her teeth and we felt much more comfortable with him doing the procedure. Dr Luu had to cut the pallet of her mouth and pull back the skin to access her tooth. I was expecting my daughter to have pain, stitches in the roof of her mouth, possible bruising and a hard time talking and eating. Dr Luu used regular freezing for the procedure. After he was done my daughter had no pain, the stitches were right along her teeth, she could talk just fine and was able to eat normal by the next day. She also did not have any bruising. My husband and I are so thankful to Dr Luu and his team!! He is a fantastic dentist!! We recommend Dr Luu 100%

I really appreciate how the staff gets to know you and your family. You are not just another patient to them they truly care about you. I feel very confident when I bring my kids into the clinic that they are in excellent hands

Didn't like the hygienist was probably having a bad day. Reception was also cranky won't be going back that's for sure
