Surgery for parathyroidectomy was top-notch. My energy level far surpasses what it was prior to the surgery.

If he’s having a “bad day,” expect this doctor to cut you off while you’re speaking, be dismissive and condescend you. Expect him to make unchecked assumptions, especially on your first time meeting him, and apparently not actively listen to any briefing from his staff about your case and situation. This was my experience with him, that resulted in me giving a ‘thumbs down,’ to a biopsy with him. The man dealt with me like a 5-year child—it was actually triggering. I will be seeing another ENT.

Dr Eskander is an absolutely first rate practitioner. Extremely knowledgeable, innovative, professional, and most of all caring. I went to Dr Eskander from another province for an ablation of a benign tumour in my thyroid, a procedure not offered where I live. I felt from the beginning I was in very competent hands and was treated with the greatest respect and cordiality. Dr. Eskander is not only a brilliant surgeon but he is a lovely human being! I had my thyroid removed last December. I’d gladly do it all over again if I had to! And I am not kidding I barely have a scar 5 months later. It’s unreal. His admin team is easy to work with to schedule appointments and follow ups. Dr. Eskander is an amazing surgeon who specializes in the treatment of rare and challenging disease. My mom came to Dr. Eskander for a left completion thyroidectomy as a result of her right vocal cord palsy. We all were very nervous and had a lot of anxiety before the procedure. Amazing experience with Dr. Eskander. I had large thyroid nodules and had surgery to remove half of they thyroid. Pathologist reported I had thyroid cancer which I couldn't accept and asked for second opinion. Waited 4 months to see Dr. Eskander. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining my situation. He discussed with the pathologist who did my report and referred all abnormalities cancer! He assured that I'm fine, only need to be monitored once a year. I felt so relieved! Thank you so much
