My daughter loved him and after 18 mos of braces she is now in the invisible type retainers and is delighted with them. He offers payment options and even gives his home phone number to call for emergencies and after hour problems. I did have to call once and he called me back and told me what to do and if it didn't work he would come to the office to see her and fix it.
