Very good dentist. Professional and very knowledgeable. Have read some other reviews which were negative and they must be fake because this does not describe shankman at all.

Went missing and missed my appointment, very erratic behaviour, extremely rude and disrespectful to staff, damaged my teeth that cost me money. Definitely has or had a drug problem. Avoid!

One of the WORST dentists I have ever come into contact with. I just recently found a new dentist in Dundas and will never ever go back to Dr. Shankman. He cancelled almost all of my appointments with him and gave no notice so I had to miss work and not get paid all for him to cancel right before. This new dentist also confirmed he did a very bad job on some of the work he did. Very upset with this and just hope this helps others stay away!!!!!

Stay away from this place! This dentist is rude and extremely unprofessional. He cancelled my appointment several times, and also didn't show for my scheduled appointment and had me wait an hour just to tell me to rebook. Never has the same staff and no one seems to have a clue what is going on in this place.

I have been searching for a new Dentist since mine retired a few years back. Dr. Shankman was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and respectful. He took the time to explain to me my options. Offered his professional opinion. My procedure was quick, painless. When he administered the freezing needle he did it with such care and accuracy I didn’t feel any pain or pressure. If your reading this your in the market for a new Dentist I highly recommend you give him a try you won’t be dissatisfied
