I can't say enough about how Great the service is at the eye from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Ross is fantastic! Has helped me in getting through finding just the right contacts and even with emergency eye issues. He knows his stuff and is always friendly. Also has the coolest shoes and socks:) Trendy guy!

Dr. Ross was very friendly and great with my kids. He's very personable and made everything laugh. Appreciated his effiency and knowledge too! Have finally found an eye dr that we will return to.

I've been seeing Dr. Mckenzie for a number of years now and finally saw him again in his new clinic in Kingsway mall after I thought he had moved away to the south side of Edmonton. Love the new clinic look, seems very modern and very professional, but I don't understand the name Stonewire? The staff though were fabulous and got me in quickly because I was having a vision problem. Thanks for the fast service and great treatment.

Fast paced exam, doesn't seem to care even though he pretends too. Talks to me like I'm a child. Staff members are immature, talk about people and swear while sitting at the front desk. Staff members are the worst part of this experience.

Dr. McKenzie is a very nice and helpful doctor. has a great personality and has helped me with alot of my eye problems. Highly recommend.and staff is very kind and helpful.

Ironically, this doctor seems to care more about how he looks(aesthetically) rather than about how others can see. I perceived him to be arrogant, cold and careless... not completely unskilled, just really detached. You get the sense that he'd rather be tanning on a beach in Florida as opposed to helping you with your eyesight. He gave me a prescription that left me feeling 5 inches taller every time I put on my glasses. It was much too strong. Second time around, he quickly said "Yeah, we'll change this." and sent me on my way with a prescription that has left my eyes even worse off. I certainly wouldn't recommend this optometrist to anyone I know... So it's off to another physician for me. I'll be sure to pick one who is not only qualified, but also takes his job seriously, as every M.D. should.

He was very cold and extremely rude. I was very nervous about the puff of air for the glacoma test and he treated me like I was a petulant child that he had no time for. When he gave me my very mild prescription for glasses, he made me feel like total crap for waiting so long to have my eyes checked and get glasses, saying I was a danger on the road, etc. My glasses are -0.5, and I have always passed the eye exam at the vehicle registry offices. I will never go back to see him again.

Very helpful, knowledgeable,conscientious, doctor. Would recommend to anyone. He picked up on a problem with my eyes and quickly referred me to a specialist.
