She is very attentive and takes the time to listen to you.

For the receptionist, is there anything lower than NO stars? They are popularly well known for the rudeness and bad attitudes. How on earth can a good doctor keep such monsters in the front, the doctor herself is really good with her knowledge but sorry that I had to rate you less for your helpfulness because you are not taking any action to check on your receptionist in spite of multiple similar complaints.

The main staff who schedules appointments has terrible and unprofessional manner with no intention to help. Other staff in the evening are nice. It’s hard to see Dr. Woo as needed. The only predictable appointment is annual check up scheduled weeks to months in advance.

The doctor is great. But the daytime receptionist is very rude. She screamed at me over the phone! She needs help and is unfit to serve patients.

I call to asked if is maybe the medicine giving me body aches. They staff rudely said no aa if those they are Doctor. The waiting time long. One word said it all the staff is rude

Dr woo is an excellent doctor. Thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff warm up to you if you make an effort with them. The wait times are quite long and that does not seem to change with time.

No respect to other people's time, never be able to get to her.

Doctor Woo is extremely knowledgeable and herself is extremely helpful. However, like the other comments, the staff there is terrible and awful to deal with. Anytime an appointment is needed, her staff quotes 2 months +. I let them know I had an urgent request and said that they would get back to me. When i followed up with the staff 3 hours later, they were annoyed that I was following up with them.

If you need to see this doctor, you have to wait over 2 months for a follow-up. Thank goodness she moved too far, forcing me to choose another GP who is always available.
