I had dr Romanovsky for a d&c and from that point until my third miscarriage she was really on top of things. Fast forward two years. I am now pregnant and obviously nervous about this pregnancy as it is my fourth and still have no children. I've asked to be kept up to date on results as I am anxious and trying to be stress free to have a viable pregnancy. I have gone for a prenatal test and it took them a week and a half to tell me if my levels were ok. I went for a second HCG and it took them another week to tell me anything and a third HCG and it's now been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. They sent me for these labs to ease my mind and yet they refuse to let me know how my numbers are. And now with Christmas approaching, I was hoping for some good news as I have an ultrasound tomorrow. They prob won't get back to me until after Christmas which doesn't make it a fun Christmas. I also wanted to say during this time I've maybe followed up every second day and I'm always told the doctor hasn't reviewed it yet . This is getting ridiculous. Is this how a doctor is suppose to care for their patients. Can't even rely on them when your just a $$ amount or a number to then. It's upsetting when you have already been through three miscarriages and are pregnant again but just need some help with easing the anxiety so that you finally have a successful pregnancy.

I do not recommend Dr Romanovsky. She was very nice at the appointment did nothing she promised me. She made me believe doctors do not care at all about their patients. I was devastated.

When I first met Dr Romanovsky I was super happy to have her as an OB! A personality that is awesome for a doctor and always answered my questions. Sounds like everyone also loves working with her but this doesn’t mean she is a great doctor. When it came down to crunch time at the Royal Alex she was not around at all of course she was not on call but I got the run around for getting induced and she did not seem to care at all or make an effort when we called her office after multiple visits to the Royal Alex being overdue. I found out she was in the hospital 30 minutes after I gave birth and did not even come see me or come see me the next day. Never ever heard from her again I would have liked to see her before I went home. In general I just did not like how certain situations were handled when it came down to the most important part and that was labour and delivery.

She was very easy to talk to and ask questions. Very personable and excellent bedside manner for a doctor. Loved her and would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

I have had her for ten years she is great doc she saved my life and even when I was told I wouldn't be able to have kids she followedr threw the delivery of my son

Dr. Romanovsky followed me through miscarriages, a high risk pregnancy and the eventual safe arrival of my daughter. She is kind, thorough and personable and would recommend her to anyone. Her nurses are lovely. Her admin staff are the only thing that let her down.

I was assigned to this doctor after i had a dnc done with her, even after my dnc i was bleeding very heavy for a month after and i did not have a check up scheduled with her until about two months after my dnc. i called the office several times because of how sick i was feeling with all the blood loss, after calling a few times finally i got answer and Dr. Romanovsky had declined to see me earlier. I went to see my family physician and he helped me to stop bleeding. Finally when my appointment came she told me that she would setup a follow up ultrasound for me in 7-10 days, its been a month and i have not heard from her or her office, once again have to go back to my family doctor to get a requisition. I will not be recommending this doctor to anyone.

Dr Romanovsky delivered 3 out of my 4 children. She is an amazing Dr with great bedside manner. Dr Romanovsky is very knowledgeable and I had complete trust in her. I would absolutely reccomend her to anyone she is an absolutely wonderful Dr.

I moved to Edmonton from another province and had picked Dr. Romanovsky due to her fabulous reviews. I had all my paper work arranged prior to moving to prevent a delay in my prenatal care. Upon arriving to Edmonton it was over two weeks (17 days) with no confirmation that Dr. Romanovsky had even read my referral. When I questioned how long it would be the office said they had sent her messages but that she had not replied to them either and had no idea how long it would take before I knew if I could be accepted into her practice or not. It turns out I had a medical emergency and needed to go to assessment at the RAH. It was two days later that the office had called to let me know they could now make an appointment. Too little, too late!!! I found someone else who took me immediately and understood the urgency of my much needed prenatal care. I would not recommend this office due to the length of time it takes to have your referral reviewed and to have an appointment.
