Very knowledgeable doctor! Really takes his time to explain treatment options and why they would be beneficial. I went in asking about a certain treatment but he actually ended up recommending another one that would be better for my skin and it was cheaper! Would definitely recommend Dr Krasny if you aren’t sure what would be right for you!

Je suis une personne nerveuse et Dr Krasny a pris le temps de m'expliquer toutes les possibilités de traitement dans sa clinique et a été très honnête quant aux résultats. J'ai hâte de commencer mes traitements avec l’esthéticienne de laser car je n'ai pas pris soin de ma peau depuis des années. Fortement recommande ce médecin et sa clinique

The reviews are true. Dr Krasny is the best. Thank you My daughter suffered from terrible acne which left her many scars on her face. We had consulted many doctors who were not able to help. Dr Krasny was honest about the possible results she could achieve. She did a couple laser treatments and other acne scar procedures at Dermafina. Her skin is much smoother now!! THANK YOU Dr Krasny for giving my daughter her confidence back before her prom!

After years of using different doctors for Botox and lip fillers, it was such a relief to have work done by someone knowledgeable and precise about their craft. I wasn’t an easy case going into his office, I had botched lips from years and years of filler. He was honest with the work that had to be done in order to get me back on track. I’ve been to doctors who would dissolve and quickly put back in the filler within the same session. This was not the case with Dr.K. He walked me through the process, and took the time to perfect my features. We dissolved one week, and would reinject the next. He took his time with the work that needed to be done, which was very appreciative hence the outstanding results. He has a great professional quality of levelling with his patients and laying out medical terms in easy to understand terminology. It’s a really great feeling for a patient to be able to understand what is happening. As a 30 year old having done lip filler from the age of 24, I was used to excessive and dramatic features thinking it looked good with many of my doctors letting me go that far. Dr K is modest with what he uses, and didn’t exaggerate, he truly did what was best for my facial structure . The clinic is well maintained, spacious, and just overall luxurious. Appointment was on time and the staff was very kind and professional! Many thanks to the team at dermafina for helping me out!

Botched my masseter botox for bruxism (Injected in wrong place, affected smile muscle). Upon following up with him, he offered to mess up the other side of my smile so that both sides would not rise and look more even. As pathetic as it sounds, I had to ask for refund and was only offered half of it back! Not impressed..

J'ai vu Dr Krasney pour la première fois la semaine dernière pour mon opération pour mon cancer de la peau à l'hôpital Maisonneuve Rosemont. J'étais très nerveuse à propos de la procédure, car ma mère a également eu un cancer de la peau et sa chirurgie était très invasive. Elle a eu plusieurs complications avec un autre médecin suivant sa procédure…Les infirmières à l’hôpital ont été si gentilles et m'ont gardée calme. Dr Krasney m'a expliqué la procédure et s'est assuré de ne commencer que lorsque je me sentais prête. Il a même demandé au chirurgien plasticien de venir m'examiner après l'intervention pour s'assurer que je n'avais pas de grosse cicatrice, car mon cancer de la peau se trouvait sur le dessus de ma lèvre. La guérison s'est très bien passée. Il m’a même offert de venir le voir à sa clinique pour faire un laser sur la cicatrice sans frais! Je suis très heureuse d'avoir été opérée à lui. Dr Krasny is quite dismissive and unhelpful when complications arises from your treatment. He will explain to you why it happened even though his job is to prevent it from happening in the first place. Don't really expect to rely on him if anything goes wrong. I am dealing with persistent complications that lasted for months and I am now looking elsewhere to find answers while praying that it's not permanent. I am extremally disappointed to say the least, wasted a lot of time and money and I am now in a much worse situation.
