Dr. Conley is wonderful but at the same time she can make you wait a long time and does not return calls promptly. I think she is overworked and does not do it deliberatley. I had an appt. with her once at 9:45 am. By 12:15 I had not seen her yet. I ended up leaving and to this day, almost a week later, have not made contact with her. HOWEVER, I lover her personality and her eagerness to help you.She listens, is friendly, caring and makes you feel comfortable. When she is on call at night I have found her to be prompt at calling back and calling in perscriptions. I like her so much I am willing to put up with her tardiness. I've come to expect it and feel it is a small price to pay to have dr. you feel comfortable with, unlike some of these stuffy old men with no bedside manner. Dr. Conley has always made me well and has always been pleasant. Yes, she makes you wait but most HMO dr's do. The grass is not always greener so I'm sticking with Dr. Conley.

Can't follow through with patients. she will not return phone calls and the office is worse. I had even complained about them not returning phones calls and that did nothing. Her communication skills are just awful there are other doctors in this area that are a lot better. If you want a doctor that cares about your health you will not go to UCLA

Dr. Conley is really nice, but she NEVER returned any of my phone calls. I left numerous messages with her staff, 3 or more and she never once reached out to me. I read another comment on here that said she was bad at returning phone calls as well, so it's not just my experience. Do not recommend : (

Dr.Conley is a 5 star MD, she listens to patients then gives you great descriptions of what she feel is going on with you. I think I will be hanging on to Dr.Conley for a very long time. She is well versed in her practice and is willing to explain everything in detail all you need is ask. I actually think I'm in love with her bedside manor she is the only Dr that has ever made me feel like I'm talking to a really good friend or family member about my physical aliments. I would highly recommend Dr.Laura Conley to any of my family and friends. She is the 1 PCP that really takes family care to a different place, again I can't express how elated I was to find her. Thank you Dr.Conley for being a Great MD.

Dr. Conley is nice, but not a doctor I would ever recommend. She is horrible at returning calls to obtain test results. My wife had very serious symptoms of a condition, Dr. Conley called to say test results were in. My wife called daily for three days and Dr. Conley never returned a call. We have never been seen in less than a 45 minute wait past my appointment time. The worst wait was 1:30 past the appointment time. We decided to change doctors after a few months.The staff can be very rude and unprofessional although there are a few gems there.

When I read the negative review, I wondered if we were talking about the same Dr. Conley. The Dr. Conley I know is extremely competent! I absolutely adore Dr. Conley. She is very knowledgeable, is a good listener, follows through, and is very efficient. I agree with everyone else about what a wonderful bedside manner she has. She is a very caring doctor who has the best interests of her patients at heart. Her nursing staff is also very friendly and efficient. If there is one negative thing to say, it is that the office staff needs a little more training on insurance policies and procedures. This, however, is not a direct reflection on the quality of Dr. Conley's care, but rather on the supervision of the shared office staff. There is after all, more than one doctor at the medical group. I don't blame Dr. Conley for that.

I was so happy to have found Dr.Conely. I brought her my brand new baby boy on his first couple of visits and she was wonderful .She actually took the time to answer all my questions .Unfortunately i had to move and i'm still looking for a doctor that is like her, but i doubt i will find one.

Dr. Conley was great. I would recommend her to anyone!My wife and 2 year old son also see her and are very happy with her as well. it is nice to see a young fresh doctor and not some old jaded one.

Maybe a good dotor but she works for ATENA and she is therefore paralize by an insurance buraucracy. Laura may be a cob in the machine but the machine needs to be fixed now! She's a great doctor in a system I will not pay for. Go look at Kaiser, you will find a better outcome.

I am surprised that someone gave DR Conley a bad review. I have had several appointments with her and have always found her to be a good Doctor. She is sincere, direct, wise and on time. Good bedside manner and friendly, not critical but factual and competent.
