Dr. Rogers/Byrnes is a bad doctor, plain and simple. She is unhelpful and unwilling to listen to your concerns and misses the blatant diagnosis. She is extremely fortunate to not have had a public medical malpractice lawsuit. She was my GP for my entire life, until the age of ~20, and I can genuinely say I had no idea how horrible she is until I finally switched doctors (and left the practice). The staff are curt and unacomidating, and somehow, Jennifer is ALWAYS away on vacation- there were times when I was quoted a 6-week wait time. Do not pass go, do not collect $100, do not become a patient of this poor excuse for a doctor.

Likes to pretends she knows everything but doesn’t. If you have serious and complex medical needs look for someone else. I have a neuromuscular and autoimmune disorder that involves multiple body systems. For years I described and sought treatment for related symptoms and issues. Nothing she suggested helped and I was essentially chasing my tail following her advice. So I finally did some research and got a second opinion and am actually getting somewhere now! This after she promised me she had researched my condition and knew how to treat me! When I told her about what I’d learned shade excuses and basically put the blame on me. Unprofessional and cares only about looking smart but her ego will get you nowhere!

I feel very lucky to have Dr Roger as my doctor. She has helped me tremendously through the 8 years I’ve been her patient. She gives excellent advice and is super smart and intuitive. She is also very empathetic and caring. Wait times can sometimes be a little long but only because she spends plenty of time with patients when they really need the extra time. Thank you Dr Roger for the excellent care you have given me.

She lacks compassion. She has major issues about pretending to know everything. A pathetic individual who lacks empathy. Run!

Dr. Roger is very knowledgable in what she does. She has helped me tremendously throughout my mental health journey. She listens to everything I have to say and shows great empathy and compassion towards my feelings. I feel heard and not judged every time I come in for an appointment. Her approach towards my mental health has been exactly what I had hoped for and I would recommend her over and over again.

My experience has, for the most part, been good with this doctor. She really seems to care about me. She takes the time to explain everything to me, and to look into all my medical issues. She has been a good doctor for me.

Initially very into her practice and helping. With concrete diagnosis, she is good, but when messy mental illness creeps in, she expects a timeline and concrete recovery and appears to hold grudges if you do not comply. Her treatment of me during this mentally challenging time in my life has lengthened my time off my job, not shortened it, because I feel unsupported and anxious every time I must see her request help from her to support my psychologist. I cannot fully express how disappointed I am in her.

This woman should not be a doctor...she has no compassion or empathy, is rude and obviously does not realize her words matter...i am lucky to be here, after my encounter with her, because i was terribly depressed and unfortunately told her...she couldnt have been worse and plunged me deeper into sadness, wishing i had kept my mouth shut...if someone i deeply respected had not told me they knew her and that she should NOT be a doctor, i may have done something terrible
