When hired Dr. Goff he told me I need 2 implants and some crown work. Agreed to let him do the work. One of the implants was extremely painful both during the procedure and days after. I called everyday and told them there was a tremendous amount of pain. The very rude and ignorant assistant Kimberly told me it was normal and if there was something wrong Dr.Goff would have seen it. Several days later I called his service explaining an emergency. The pain had grown too severe to handle. No return calls after repeate attempt Finally I receive a call from his horrible wife telling me that there is nothing wrong and even if there was they could not do anything till Monday and hung up on me. I called the service again and finally Dr. Goff called me back. I explained the swelling and pain and a disgusting discharge. He agreed to see me first thing the next day. Oh to his surprise there was actually an abscess. What da ya know. He had to remove the implant he placed in an infected area.
