Dr. Bootsman has been my Dr for 20 years. She is professional, knowledgeable, easily accessible and well respected in the field. Her referrals are great and I always feel safe and comfortable in her care.

Her team, including the receptionists and clinician colleagues who occasionally provide care when Dr. Boothman is unavailable, is equally outstanding. Dr. Bootsman provided care for my father during his battle with cancer. Her empathy and compassion towards not only my dad, but also my entire family, were invaluable in helping us cope with the loss of a relatively young man. I have yet to come across another doctor who possesses these qualities, especially at such a young age, and feel blessed to have her as part of my memories of life with my father.

I wish I could agree with the majority of reviews here, and wish I’d had a similar experience. Dr Bootsman is nice enough, but her warm demeanour is part of what I have trouble with—half the time I don’t even realize how gaslit I feel, or how little I’ve been listened to, until long after I’ve left her office. She’s always been delighted to prescribe me antidepressants, but reluctant to discuss anything besides depression and anxiety. When I’ve asked for testing to be done for various physical issues I’ve had, she’s flat out refused and I’ve had to go to a walk in clinic for help instead. Overall it feels like if she can’t throw a pill at me, she’s not interested in discussing anything.

I've been Dr. Bootsmam's patient for nearly 20 years, and I think she is wonderful. I have always found her knowledgeable, empathetic, and warm. I'm so happy she is my doctor. Her office and staff are pleasant and organized.

I have been lucky enough to have Dr. Bootsman as my family physician for almost 30 years., She has always been extremely prompt, efficient but friendly and very approachable, knowledgeable and skilled. I always get the feeling that she really cares and is willing to be open to my ideas for my own care as well! She even calls me when I get good results on tests! I'm afraid she will retire very soon and I can only dream of getting a replacement Family Doctor that can properly fill her shoes!

Dr. Bootsman is an excellent physician. She is highly knowledgeable about many issues but is also comfortable referring to specialists as required. She is calm and thoughtful - which is always very reassuring.

She is brilliant.. Caring knowledgeable up to date with new research but mostly she won’t rush you, she listen. She even follows up with phone calls if need be and this is before the proliferation of tele health during Covid. Can’t say enough good things about her

Dr. B has been my doctor for over 13 years, she is amazing. Always listens, is compassionate, thorough and all round excellent family doc. I can’t even imagine going to see any doctor but her!
