Dr. Cvar delivered via C-Section and most expertly I might add, my healthy 10 lb baby boy. She was frank and to the point with a dose of humor throughout my visits. The only downside to working with her was the availability, appointments were typically scheduled a month in advance, etc. I would hoveer reccommend her as she did a great job on the C and left a very small scar considering the size of my baby.

I want everyone to think twice before going to this ofc. THEY are way toooooo busy to help you and Dr. Cvar, although is a nice person, is also waaaaaaay to busy, never in, etc. to help you. I've been trying to get a call back for five days now. Also, my pharmacy has been trying to get a call back for three weeks now!!! Incredible.

Dr. Cvar herself is Ok but the Mission Ob/Gyn practice she is in is horrendous. I had to wait on 3 different appointments at the beginning of my pregnancy at least 60-90 minutes to get in the room and then another 15-20 minutes in the room. The office staff is horribly rude and unhelpful. They did not inform me that the tests they were running were not covered by insurance and I ended up with a $2000 lab bill and over $1000 in office visit charges for routine pre natal tests. I would never ever return to this office.

Not easy to access Cvar outside the appointment time- I usually spoke with her assistant who did not have the knowledge or training to help with my questions. So expect to wait over a day to get a response from the office. My other dissappointment was the office's response to the loss of my 2nd trimester little girl. Of course Cvar was out of town and another doctor was to help deliver my stillborn baby. This doctor was too busy to be easily accessed so I ended up delivering her by myself! On top of which Cvar never did a follow up call to let me know she even knew what had happened or to express her condolences. It wasn't until my follow up visit months later that she commented about it. Needless to say, I am switching physicians for this next pregnancy. I like her as a person, but that entire office is too busy to be of any real service. I did not get the attention needed, but I sure paid $$$ for it. I was even billed for delivery...(did they forget that I delivered her ALONE!)

I went into delievery with my first daughter at 4 am and she got out of bed to come deliver her. shes the best

Dr. Cvar is a great doctor and I enjoyed her up until I went into labor. After 40 hr, unbearable labor with my first child, I was under the impression she would help me out the second time around, but she didn't. The first time the hospital never called her and they kept sending me home because I never dilated past 1 cm, even though I was having contractions 3.5 minutes apart and was in extreme 10+ pain. This time I asked the hospital to call her, but she said she was off duty and showed no concern for the pain I was in. The doctor on call (Dr. Miller) would not help me either because he claimed to be too busy and didn't know me. Labor was even more painful this time and lasted longer. She finally delivered my baby when her shift was on. Everyone I talked to could not believe they allowed me to go that long with that pain. I will switch doctors if I get pregnant again.

Dr. Cvar always takes the time to answer questions, address concerns and provide you with information. She will be delivering my first baby in 2006. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Cvar is the absolute best. She helped to find the reason why I was having difficulty getting pregnant, performed a surgery that helped me to conceive and then delivered my first daughter. Her straight-forward, humorous and friendly personality goes above and beyond. She will be delivering my second daughter by C Section in a few weeks. I feel very lucky to have her as my OBGYN.
