YOU NEVER GET TO SEE DR. ADLER. When I requested an appointment with the physician instead of the nurse practitioner, the office and NP got an attitude with me and told me I was "not allowed" to see the physician. Do NOT USE THIS CLINIC if you seek medical advice - you will never see the doctor. Way understaffed and way too many patients. NP's could care less for you as a person - just as someone to prescribe meds too. PATIENT BEWARE!!!

The patient load at this office is way too high. I had 3 appointments and the best case was a 60 minute wait. One wait was over 2 hours past the scheduled time. I cancelled my appointment on my third visit after 1:20 past my scheduled time. It's unprofessional and disrespectful and all patients I've spoken with experience this same treatment. I'm at a loss as to why so many people use this practice. I will not ever return. As to the knowledge rating above, I really have no idea. My treatments or sessions or whatever were less than 15 minutes each and I selected the middle rating to try and be fair.

Ive been seeing Dr Adler for over 1 yr. The staff is incompetent and rude and waits of at least 1, and up to 2 hours are the norm. This appears not to be because he has a lot of patients, but because either the staff cant be bothered to tell him, or he cant be bothered to stop whatever he is doing in his office to see patients that are waiting. When I finally get in to see the doc he usually is pretty knowledgeable about meds but generally in a grumpy mood, fiddles around with his computer for a long time, and goes off into an anti-establishment rant. I can put up with a lot, but the waiting and lack of professionalism greatly offset any benefits here.
