Ratings for Dr. Larry Lim

Dr Larry Lim is the most caring Doctor. Anyone on here giving him a bad review doesn't deserve him as there physician. He works exceptionally hard and long hours to give the best care possible.
Insanely hard to book times -- wait times up to 2 weeks. But for good reason. He is a doctor who truly cares about his patients and follows up. I'm very impressed. I make the commute from Vancouver to Pitt Meadows to see him.
I called the office in the morning and had an appointment that afternoon. He took the time to discuss my issue and recommened a course of treatment. I had to wait a few minutes, but not too long. He seems good to me.
scenario, patient at lab forget his appointment, called 3 hours late (2.20) told "no they couldn't fit him in, and it will be $30 no show. Made a new appointment for 2 weeks later (earliest) patient has one week of medicine left, asked him to sign off on a fax from drug store for prescription (life sustaining). HE REFUSED. This is disgusting patient care and the complaint will be forwarded to the College.
Loved Frank, but love Larry even more, will never move away from this area, as I will never have another doctor, so lucky to have him.
I was 'inherited' by Dr. Larry Lim from his older brother. I am even more pleased with him than I was with Dr. Frank Lim. I have to say however, Dr Frank had one receptionist and you were always seen in a timely manner. There are at least 4 people at a time behind the counter now and you have to wait 2 - 3 weeks to get an appointment. They take very long to make specialist appointments for you and if you call the hospital you might hear that they gave his office a date for you but they still don't call for at least 3 more days! I was also given wrong information for preparation for a procedure. Still I am 100% happy with Dr Lim himself.
Very happy with Dr Lim. Always feels like he has time for me and is always thorough! Great staff great doctor!
Dr Lim is a wonderful physician. When my son was in the hospital he came to check on him. He always takes the time and cares about my families health without over prescribing which is unusual these days. It is much tougher to get in to see him these days but I would not trade him for anything. Thank you!
Dr. Larry Lim has taken on more than he can chew, I don't know if it is for money or what, but taking on all his brothers' patients who retired and bringing his own in also, makes it a DISASTER, one cannot get in to see him for at least 2 weeks. No wonder hospitals are so overworked when there are these doctors that take on too many patients.
I called Larry Lims office the day before good friday hoping he would help one of his patients that had been admitted to hospital. I called back a second time explaining it was a long week end and wanted to speak with the Dr before the week end . Here it it 6 pm and this goof never called back...way to care for your patients
