Can't think of a better, organized , pleasing environment for me and my faimly. The staff were exceptinal, Dr's Christine and Bhala have a knoledge and compasion to alleviate all my childern's apprehensions and fears

Dr. McLaughlin is the most gentle and kind dentist I have ever seen. I live in Vancouver and came to visit relatives over the holiday season. While visiting, I chipped a large portion of my front tooth. Dr. McLaughlin and her staff were more than accommodating in scheduling me in. Dr. McLaughlin even stayed past normal operating hours to fix my tooth. I couldn't believe it! I have never had this sort of hospitality anywhere else! The whole experience was just such a breath of fresh air. Dr. McLaughlin is soo funny and so charming! She was so gentle with me and so caring. She puts so much effort into making her patients feel welcome and comfortable. I can't even begin to explain the spectacular results! My tooth is flawless! Thank you so much Dr McLaughlin! I hope to see you again when I'm back in New Brunswick! :)

Have been going to this dentist for about 6 or 7 months now she did several fillings on me they never felt quite right had a second opinion and 3 out of the 5 fillings needed a root canal. not only was money, time wasted but she never could seem to stay on schedule

I am Type 1 Diabetic and have been going to see Dr. McLaughlin since she opened her office. She has worked with me on a bimonthly basis to keep the progression of bone disease that goes along with Diabetes. I have had fillings, cleanings, root canals, a partial made as too much bone density was lost to save perfectly well kept teeth. I can only thank her consistent efforts in working with me until the time came to make major changes. She is great, her office staff is awesome and it is actually refreshing to go to a dentist that has nothing but warm bantering and laughter while you are there. If you want sleep and quiet, then stay home and suffer until your perfect dentist can work you it at their pace. Christine will stay late just to make sure a patient is looked after. I really find some of the comments below unnecessary. I would have to say my Dentist Rocks!!!!!!!

Dr Christine is the best. Very gentle and kind. Always takes her time and listens. She removed my wisdom teeth about 3 weeks ago and the procedure went very well . Amazing job! Recommended

I had a wonderful first visit and because of her kindness and knowledge I changed and became her patient. I felt no pain and she was very secure and cheerful. Great conversation and wonderful pricing !!!

Wasn't able to get in to see my own dentist, and was desperate as I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Dr McLaughlin had an opening. I could not believe how noisy it was, and how she calls out her staffs name, silly and very immature. The office appeared to be in complete mayhem, just didn't have a very professional atmosphere at all. Now I know why people here in town give the clinic give such a negative response. Wow!!

My previous negative comment was totally unjustified. I had gone to see another dentist due to a previous root canal that Dr M did that hadn't fully healed. The other dentist was quick to put his colleague down which I must admit is kinda unprofessional of him, especially the part about women and how they're not as good at dentistry. Anyway, when I did return to see her , she reminded me that a small percentage of root canals aren't successful and require some form of retreatment. I'm so happy, she retreated the tooth for free, and now it feels great!

Nice job on my root canal and crown. Dr M was patient and took the time to ensure I was comfortable. I didn't feel the needle. Great staff too!

I wish I had checked this site before I sought Dr McLaughlin's services. I had a root canal done two years ago,and it has never felt right. I went to another dentist last week, and was informed that I may need to see a specialist now, because it was not done properly. Should have read previous reviews . A lot of money spent on a botched job. Very dissatisfied :(
