I was told about Dr Protzer by a friend who has been his client for years. Now I see why. He not only took an hour with me at my first appointment he was genuinely interested in my concerns and what I needed answers about for my teeth. I think what puts Dr Protzer aside from others is he really cares. He is not all about the bottom line, he clearly wants you to leave informed and clear. He came across as very particular and very knowledgeable. In fact, I learned a lot in that hour! What a great find. Thanks to my BFF for referring me!

Dr Protzer is very thorough and honest, at my first appointment he formed a plan for my teeth that made sense. He told me what it would take to get me there and then I was given an estimate. He genuinely got to know me and cared about what bothered me about my teeth. I feel like I have finally found a dentist that cares about his clients and that seems rare nowadays. He has a beautiful office and nice support staff. The assistant Martina was also very kind and caring. I had a great experience and wanted to share.

Best dentist on the island. Now accepts the Canadian Dental plan and that makes me super happy. I have always had excellent care at this clinic.

Dr. Protzer is the best dentist I have ever had! He replaced all 8 of my caps without any pain (which is unusual for me). Also, when I needed a replacement dental appliance he stayed late to get it done for me. He always explains what he is doing and why, and is extremely knowledgeable. He also cares about his patients. He is always on time and his staff are also fantastic. I have had only very positive experiences with him and his staff.

Dr Protzer is very thorough and I really appreciate this. A few months ago I had my new client exam with him and he went through each tooth, showed me pictures and showed me my xrays. He discussed most urgent to not really urgent. He was not in a rush and I always felt like I could ask questions. I came out of the appointment with a treatment plan I was comfortable with and I understand the procedures. I will stick with Dr Protzer until he decides to retire because he truly is a great dentist with a lot of skill and knowledge. He is clear with his plans for me and I trust he knows what he is doing. Big change from my previous dentist who spent no time explaining anything. Very happy with my new dental office and glad I made the change.

Dr Protzer is the best of the best in terms of dental care. Every single thing he has done to my teeth has only resulted in improvement. His fees have always been fair and his quality of workmanship has gone above and beyond any previous dentist I have ever had. Him and his wife have always been lovely to me and I trust them. I think this is what has make me a loyal customer. When you trust your dentist it makes the actual treatment so much easier. I'm 71 years old now and hope to live out my years as a dedicated customer. Thank you for always taking such good care of me and my teeth.

I've never had someone take the time to thoroughly explain to me in detail my dental plan and how it works and what is covered until I came here. Lesley is very knowledgeable not only about my benefits but about dentistry. She clearly cares and is there to help. As long as I've been a patient she has been helping me through my anxiety with dental and I truly appreciate a familiar face when I come in, one that understands me and my fears. I've been a patient for about 15 years or so and have formed a real bond with her. Everyone in the dental office is so nice but I felt it necessary to highlight that I really appreciate a kind, compassionate and empathetic person. One who makes it a point to come say hello. Someone who I feel is genuine. I own a business and know how hard it is to run one. She is top notch. Looking forward to all my future dental appointments. Best root canal I have ever had. Can you say this about root canals?? No pain, no stress. Dr. Protzer just comes in with confidence and gets things done. Before I knew it I'm out the door and my tooth no longer hurts me. I'm really happy and felt I should share!

I had a horrible tooth ache. They got me in yesterday and stayed late to help me. Wonderful office who actually cares about people. It's nice to see. Today I have zero pain. Great team atmosphere. Dr. Protzer is a tooth wizard, amazing work.

My front teeth needed new crowns. My old ones were from a dentist in Ontario about 30 years ago. Dr Protzer replaced my old front crowns with the most beautiful crowns, they exceeded my expectations.
