I had to take my 18month old to the emergency and he was the doctor that saw her. He was wonderful with her and very nice to myself.
Poor bedside manner. I was dizzy unsteady, and having trouble walking. Also nauseated, no food in 4 days, flu-symptoms after strep along with my undiagnosed condition. I was a "waste" of his time. I had blacked out at home and had no idea what was happening to me. I was in severe pain, BUT I did not ask for anything except a foamy for my neck - which I got one hour before I left. Dr H discharged me after I had been there sev hours. I was so dizzy and temp blacked out and fell in the hall. One of the nurses said that she was not comfortable with him sending me home esp if I would be falling at home. No surprise that there were no beds in the hospital, so when I left the next day I was in a great deal more pain and my legs were not working right. He didn't believe me, didn't let me see another DR unless it was Pscych!! I was there because I was ill etc etc. He wouldn't even let me see another family DR. And, Dr. H, "Drug Seekers" ask for drugs - I DIDN'T; only 4 a soft foamy
I was there with a mentally challenged individual and Dr. Heilman treated him like he was a waste of time and that we were wasting his time. Very disappointed in his attitude. Not the first visit with him that I found him rude and almost sarcastic.
Very Knowledgeable and Helpful. Would look up what he did not know rather then prescribe something he thinks might work.
knowledgeable - explores all avenues- caring and kind - hope he stays around.
Came in with an issue that I have had for a long time. Dr. Heilman took time to figure out what was wrong with me. He was very knowledgeable. Would definately be seen at the MUH again.
truely a shame moose jaw feels that we have to settle for sucha poor quality of care
I took my 89 year old father in at 2:00 AM and the way this person spoke to my dad was totally unacceptable. He was rude and treated my elderly father like he was disposable. He didnt seem to have any compassion at all. I would not and will not EVER let this person treat myself or any of my family or friends again. I think this person has choosen the wrong profession. I also plan on telling the hospital what I think of this so called doctor.
Dr. Heilman was exceedingly helpful during a recent visit to the E.R.. I felt like he was thorough in his assessment of my condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which I was seen and treated. Thank you Doctor.
