Great doctor, friendly and helpful. Way too long for waiting...punctuality is very poor. Nice secretary. Can only address two issues per visit which is a waste of time.

Dr. Ripley has been our family Dr. for 30+ years and we wouldn't trade her for anyone else. I shiver at the thought when the time comes when she retires. Yes you have to wait to get to see her but her amazing secretary will give you a call when she is close to seeing you, Lorna is fabulous. Sharon takes time with you and when she's doubtful about what's going on she does not hesitate to send you to a specialist. When you have a test or blood work you always get a phone call that everything's ok or you have to see her. Yes I know you have to wait to see her but it's just a call to Lorna and she will let you know when your time is up so that you can carry on with your day. She is the best and we wouldn't trade her for the world. She is now seeing our grandchild. Time is important yes but when you have the best of the best, she's worth it.

Dr. Ripley may be a good doctor but wait time can be up to three hours. If she has an appointment first thing in the morning, she has no qualms about walking in an hour late with no regard for the patient's time. If she were in private practice, she would never last. Sorry but that's the facts.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ripley for over 30 years and I wouldn't trade her for anything..........yes sometimes there is a long wait but you can always call ahead.......once you are in her office she takes the time to listen and does not rush you out the door......she has a good bedside manner and treats her patients with respect....... a great lady

I had her as my family doctor for about 20 years (since I was born); made the switch because I felt that the treatments she would prescribe to me for different things never really quite worked that well. Very nice lady, but I needed someone who had a more varied knowledge of newer treatments. Also, the wait time was horrendous. If I had to make an appointment, an average of 3 hours would be taken out of my day - not exactly convenient. I waited for 1.5 hours at one point, and I was the first appointment of the day! Not acceptable. Needless to say, I needed a change.

Dr. Ripley has been my family phisician for nearly 30 years. I truly feel that she is the best that there is. She is very considered, extremely helpful, always listens to you and more importantly hears what you say (something that I cannot say for many people). I wait a bit more than usual at her office but, I am not complaining. I will wait two times more to have her care...

Dr. Ripley has been my doctor for 30 years and I would rate her as one of the best in her field. When you walk into her office you immediately realize that you are the most important person in that room. I know this from personal experience. How many Doctor's will extend beyond their normal working hours to comfort you in your darkest hour and not once make you feel that there is another place she should be. I know have a greater appreciation when I have to wait a lit bit longer to see her as she is probably extending the same 'treatment' to one of her other patients and for that my inconvenience is of little importance against the well being of another human being. Dr. Ripley is truly one of a kind and I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor and as my 'friend'.

Dr. Ripley has been my family doctor for over 20 years. She is helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. I respect her opinion very much. The wait time can be long, but that's because she takes her time with every patient and does not limit patients to one or two issues. Her secretary is extremely helpful and courteous.
