Horrible and rude quick to put you on pain killers I refused she took offence to it.dosent do anything but pass you on to specialist and doesn't see ya for more than ten minutes.never had worst experience with any other doc I recommend not going to her

My consult visit was impressive. So I opted to switch to her. I have had health issues since childhood. She knew I was in need of a doctor that actively listened and was interested in improving my health potential. However, after that consult, everything went downhill. She was cold, to say the least. And highly Uninterested. Selective in what she heard and addressed. I had to repeat myself multiple times. During one visit, I was put in a room to wait. Meanwhile, the staff in the hall outside the door, were expressing their clear annoyance with a particular patient. NOT lowering their volume..so I could clearly hear EVERYTHING. During another visit,I was left in the room "to change" for ten minutes. When she came back in, she barely checked me out and when I asked if she could look at a lump on my head, she said I'd have to make another appointment because 10-15 minute time slots are all she caters to. That I'd need a separate appointment to address each individual concern. The next visit, I was waiting in the room for her, I could hear her saying her goodbyes to a patient whom was clearly a sweet elderly patient. She sounded so happy. So I was hopeful she would maintain when she came in to see me. However, as soon as she saw me, her face went from a smile to a complete emotionless, polar opposite. She sat down and disciplined me on not giving her enough notice for a refill I needed. Another visit, She was rolling her eyes at me and taking deep breaths while I was in TEARS with my VOLUMES of records I brought in to show her I may LOOK healthy on the outside, but that I must remind her of all of the records in front of her prove otherwise. She told me if I wasn't satisfied with her "care" then just like SHE has the right to not keep me as her patient, I too have the option to find a different physician! Desperate, I stayed. The following visit, I was left in the waiting room for 25 minutes, nobody told me she was running behind. I said I'd have to reschedule because I was on a break. But that I understand these things happen. At my next visit, I was 3 minutes late...THREE and the nurse said "NO, You're late. So now she's taking another patient and you'll have to wait 25-30 minutes at LEAST." I reminded them of my last encounter and how understanding I was. This person was RUDE repeating how "late" I was. I've NEVER encountered such miserable people in an office. Not to mention unprofessional! Thank God for the whopping two other reception ladies. I feel bad for them and hope they do not experience the same level of mistreatment and discrimination that I clearly have encountered.

Dr. H is by far the coldest Doctor I've ever come in contact with! She has zero bedside manner. She will walk into a room 30 minutes late and not say boo about it! When it comes to medical problems, she has little knowledge, never proactive! She would rather treat your symptoms than the actual underlying problem! I do not recommend her! I was her patient for way too long! I happily switched docs! Her front desk staff is cold and has an extreme lack of professionalism! Do not recommend her!!

The following comment is specific to my treatment as I can not speak for others impressions of Dr. Jenny Hyppolite. Dr. H. has been my primary since May 2014. I'm about to change to a geriatrician because Dr. H. seems to lack sufficient medical knowledge or compassion to treat my age group. She does not practice patient-centered medicine. She has not welcomed my input into my own treatment. She wants to be the begin all and end all of the diagnostic path. Her nurse behaves similarly: disengaged, robotic and dispassionate. For the most part her office staff have been helpful and pleasant. However, because of her nurse's lack of a bedside manner, I had to give staff and overall score of poor. I have no complaints with punctuality. Dr. H has seen me when I needed to be seen and I generally didn't have a long wait.

She is the best doctor I have had. She caught a number of items my former primary missed. Dr Hyppolite also helped out my 90 year old mom. Mom is a new person. I can't thank God enough for her...... It is interesting to read the different remarks.

She didn't actually see her patients. Only her NPs. Only if the NPs thought if it was serious enough were you allowed to see Dr. Hyppolite. I met with her once. I was not impressed. She was standoffish and aloof. I knew that she would not be my long term MD after that visit. Turns out she left the Lifetime Health System shortly after I met her.

Worst experience of my life. I went to 899 Main St several times, hoping that it was only a singular occurrence, but the incompetence continued every time. Staff was the worst. The billing and scheduling people are very slow, unprofessional, inexperienced and disrespectful. When I was checking in for my apt, the lady answered the phone without excusing herself, in front of me, pulled up someone else’s information with an SSN number right there for me to see and preceded to schedule an apt for a person on the phone, when another receptionist continued to sit there, staring at her screen, doing nothing. They screwed up my billing every single time I went there. They send me to a doctor through a referral who was not covered by my insurance. Thankfully I ended up not having to pay for the visit because it was their mistake. The doctor herself projects an attitude of indifference. Never returned my calls. Absolutely unhelpful. Didn't provide any information. She simply did not care.
