He prescribed ointment that does not exist.Wanted patient to go back to collect another payment for visit,even though already paid for 1st visit. oh and wants cash only.Secretary not helpful at all and quite rude. FIND YOURSELVES A BETTER OPTHAMOLOGIST,NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Dr Fichman saved my eye site when I had papillodema and other issues over the years. He has helped my parents and my husband and sons. Amazing doctor.

Dr. Fichman preformed laser surgery on me and "butchered" my eyes. That is a quote from from Dr. Roger Steinart who is one of the most prestigious opthalmologist in the world. Fichman repeatedly lied to me and than said he could not help me and refused to return calls. I ended up having a total of 17 surgeries to correct his butcher job. I still suffer with poor vision years later. I was also told by a lawyer that he messed up the lawyers mothers eyes and that Fichman was involved in a scam against a local bank and tried to defraud them. He should not be allowed near anyone eyes!!!!!!

Had an eye infection for over 2 months. After several failed attempt. Nothing worked. Called office this morning and secretary told me that Fichman will no longer see me and cant help me!! He would refer me to another Dr but only when he came back after a week. While I sit at home and wait with a sever eye infection. Perhaps his arrogance is overwhelming him and its time he retires. Terrible Dr. who does that? Very unprofessional!

Did the PFK laser in 1994 with Dr.Fichman and still 20/20,super Doctor !

My whole family have been seeing him for over 30 years as we have eye disease in our genes. In fact, my children now see him also. Has always been honest and up front so do not understand the negative comments from others. I only hope that when he finally decides to retire, he refers us to someone who gives the same kind of service and care.

Dr. Fichman was excellent. I received laser eye surgery from him about 10 years ago and am still reaping the benefits. He is a fantastic doctor and a leader in his field.

Went in for an eye exam and to update my prescription. Whole time he was trying to sell me lasik. Walked out and forgot my prescription, when I called next day to get it the secretary told me there was a charge for my prescription and my previous appointment was a laser surgery consultation fee.
