Nice Guy but doesn't explain anything, writes a perscription and bye-bye! FAST FAST FAST. He must have a high quota of patients to meet everyday! We ended up switching doctors to someone who would slow down, listen, and explain

Dr. John is about to retire due to age and wife's death. He was always a wonderful dr. who always had time for you no matter the problem or time of day. He didn't mind me calling him at home. He knew if I called it was important. He has come into the office at night to care for my child when my former Dr. told me to wait until morning, which would have been a dreadful mistake. He has been a true friend and he will be missed. The good news is his son is following in his footsteps and is becoming a great dr. also. Best of luck to you Dr. John!

The front desk is manned by dragons who are surly and rude. He is seldom reachable and oft times flipant in his comments. He was reticent to order tests for me but never had a problem when it came to my husband. He misdiagnosised my hypothyroid disease and when I went to a specialist became angry and raised his voice to me. The final straw came when I found out that he was misdirecting me on how to administer my medications. He had me taking them incorrectly and because of it the thyroid medication wasn't working correctly and caused further trouble.

He was on a recommended list from the hospital. He had little answers to our questions about our newborn, and he contradicted everything the hospital had told us. When asked why the hospital gave us different answers, he was silent, and would not answer us. His office was terrible, under construction, very dirty, and a tiny exam room. We do NOT recommend him to anyone with children.

John Linscott is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors I have ever know. Thank you, John, for catching my cancer in the early stages and saving my life!
