Dr Bloch is a condescending, rude, doctor. Thinks he knows it all. I’ve never seen anyone in the medical field act like he does.

He is the best obgyn I have ever had. Is blunt and to the point. He is not egotistical and if he can't help you he knows someone who can. I had stage 4 endometriosis and he knew it would be on my intestines so he sent me to a specialist in Albany. He really cares about you as a person not just a patient. Only FYI he no longer takes insurance. Ugg. I'll still go to him. Wouldn't trust anyone else..

I've been with Dr. Bloch almost 27 years and I've never had one even slightly negative experience! He is honest, some critics might say blunt, but why is this a bad thing? Shouldn't an honest medical opinion be everyone's outcome? He is caring, approachable and truly brilliant. I wish I could say the same for every medical professional in my life. Since he can't be all things to me-no matter how much I wish he could also have been a pediatrician and my vet!- I am content to know that I get the best possible care each and every time I step through the office door. P.S. To those of you having to wait beyond your appointment time: It was probably my fault... I often have questions (once it was 3 pages of questions!) to which Dr. Bloch has ALWAYS patiently given me his time. Perhaps it will be you who keeps me waiting at my next visit, but know I am not complaining because it is a rare thing to find a medical professional who gives a patient his undivided time, despite a busy schedule.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bloch for 5 years. Not only is he a great doctor but he’s the BEST doctor I’ve ever met! He truly wants what’s best for his patients. He is extremely blunt and doesn’t beat around the bush, which to me is something ALL doctors should practice! Some people are turned off by his open opinions as a medical professional but if you don’t want the truth don’t go to the doctor! He spends a lot of time with his patients as well so you might have to wait a little longer than usual to see him but you always know he’s going to spend the same amount of time and energy with you. I highly recommend Dr. Bloch and trust him with my health and life!

Dr. Bloch is a man before his time. He knows his shot, upside down and back and forth. A person of his intelligence typically doesn't have e a great deal of "people skills". He is blunt, terse and very forward. Unfortunately, many people aren't accustomed to that, especially from a Dr. He is ACES!

Dr. Bloch is the best! He treats the whole body bec he knows that it's vital for complete health. His knowledge of holistic & complimentary protocol is extensive & highly effective & he has often made calls to me himself instead of hvg ifc staff do it. He is truly caring & his knowledge of natural solutions is broad & highly effective.

I have had nothing less than a wonderful experience with Dr. Bloch. With an array of very sensitive things going on for me I could not find a Dr that would hear me and help until i found him after being recommended by numerous friends. He spent a quality of time with me to find the situations going on and address them. He ordered extensive testing and explained it piece by piece before and after and let me be a part of the testing suggestions. He provided me with materials to be able to research also and be a apart of my process also for before and after results. . He found things going on with me that I wouldnt have ever imagined that changed my life and gave me hope, one being a taunting egg allergy i dealt with for years. Dr. Bloch has always been caring, sensitive to my issues and needs, he explains things thoroughly and gives me suggestions in how to address them properly. He calls me right when my results are in so im not waiting in stress. (Which im still waiting for results from other places i tried before him.) He offers very helpful medical advice and really "gets"what im dealing with. He keeps on the point records so the next time i come (which may be some time in between) its like yesterday and we start back right where we left off. That makes a big difference to getting things done and addressed. Even when things are stressful he is honest, reassuring and positive which helps a great deal. I love that he does holistic practice also and doesnt just do conventional medicine and try to shove meds on me. It has enhanced my health by far! I highly recommend Dr Bloch and am thankful to have found this doctor. I have never had a long wait to go in to my appointment and his staff have been kind and thorough. Sirena Sanders

Awful practice. Ancillary staff constantly interrupt appointments for unnecessary reasons, and pull doctor out of the room to attend to other patients. Doctor goes off topic so often I forgot the things I wanted to ask. Tells me to start taking a supplement and then forgets at the next appointment that he already told me this. Had no plan for my medical issue. He is very blunt, and that is ok, but the rest is not. I feel unsafe with this doctor.
