I have changed to another doctor due to the receptionist Ann. I called in advance to come and get paperwork and she said it would be ready. I came and she claimed she never talked to me on the phone and I was “lying”, she eventually found it after not having it ready. I said she was unprofessional. Then she proceeded to get defensive and call me an “unprofessional b***h”. Only reason she has the job is because she is his wife—avoid.

We’ve been seeing Dr Tanton for almost 30 years. Both he and Ann are wonderful. Sometimes you have to wait. But once you are in the office you don’t leave until there is a plan in place. Ann does her best to squeeze you in if you need it. Whenever I’m successful at getting my husband to go in they go over him with a fine tooth comb! I’m grateful that not only do we have a doctor, we have an amazing one. He and his wife make a great team.

Dr. Is amazing. But wife is rude, ignorant and just unprofessional.

Dr Tanton is a wonderful doctor, but his secretary is an unprofessional and incompetent. She was the reason I de-rostered my Mom from him and got her in with my doctor. Annie talks to you like you don’t have a brain.She doesn’t seem to understand what to prioritize, and she will flat out refuse to acknowledge you. She is rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, she doesn’t return phone calls and there is always some excuse as to why things aren’t done. If you can handle the foolishness of the secretary, you will have a good doctor. Dr. Tanton himself is a wonderful person.

Ann never returns message. You have call repeatedly and leave messages. Anne talks about patient to Leo in the waiting room. Anne is rude, unorganized. As a Drs receptionist she is the worst I have seen in over 69 years. She has no compassion and is disrespectful. Dr Tanton needs to make sure his patients are respected.

Dr. Tanton; aided by his Wife, Ann (nurse, and secretary) are an amazing, caring, effective duo. We are grateful for their caring service.

Dr. Tanton and his wife Anne are just the best. I've gone to him for 30 years and thanks to him I'm still on this side of the grass. He's saved my life. Anne is great. She can be abrupt but dealing with everything she has to put up with can make anyone that way. She's always been accommodating if I've needed to see her husband. They follow up with home phone calls on their personal time. God bless him.

The receptionist is awful. She corrects you when you speak about things and thinks she is right. She is so rude. She tried to tell me that the doctor I work for WORK for is something that he's not. When I tried to get an appt there she said no, he doesn't do that! I WORK there, just book the appt and send the referral. She insisted on calling the office. She then corrected my colleague is such a rude way. It was very frustrating. I still didn't get my referral.

My son phoned Dr T at 4.00pm for an appointment the following day - his 4 year old child had a throat infection. Ann told him that Dr T was working late and to bring the child in asap. The child was examined and a prescription filled that evening. Just one example of the dedication Ann and Dr T have shown my family for over twenty years.

Doctor is amazing but the receptionist is a real pain in the neck, thinks she knows everything and will deny you an appointment if SHE doesn’t think it’s necessary. She is utterly nonsense so much sonI will seek another GP.
