I’ve gone in SEVERAL times for Mental Health issues - he’s never done anything. Went in this time as I was struggling worst than I ever have before and he said “he’d read my list later and decide if I need a referral”. Don’t waste your time with this doctor.

This office is a nightmare to get in contact with. If you aren’t dying don’t even bother calling. They start late and leave early. Canadian health care at its worst. I’ve been a patient here for decades and have completely had it with the way they operate. The ladies at the reception ask questions like privacy doesn’t exist. They have way too many patients and it shows.

It’s nice seeing the same faces in the office . The girls know me well and it makes a huge difference. Thanks ladies.

Dieter has been my doctor for many years and I appreciate all he has done for me. I’ve gone through a rough patch the last few years and I’ve been lucky enough to have the support of the entire staff. Rose is always accommodating to fit me in last minute and the nurse goes above and beyond for me every time. It doesn’t matter how busy they are I know I can rely on them .

Absolutely no problem with Dr. Dieter as he’s been my physician for over 35 years. On the other hand, his receptionist has got the worst personality for greeting people and she has no business assuming that position. I’ve read so many comments about her I can’t believe she is still employed.

How many times has this man helped me in so many ways!! The girls and Deiter re like family to me & I know without them I would no be as healthy as I am today!! Tha k you for being so good at what you do and on top of everything!! Saved my butt more times I can say!! No Cancer here! Because you sent me where I had to go when it was necessary! I have great appreciation for Dr. Dieter who is extremely patient, thoughtful and supportive, at the same time as knowledgeable. Thank you for all the care over the years.

Dieter's been my doctor all my life (35+ years). His track record varies. A few years ago he was very helpful in getting me in to see a specialist right away, who was in turn able to help me definitively. Recently, however, he's either gone immediately to medicating my symptoms without investigating any potential underlying causes, or been immediately dismissive of my legitimate concerns. Pro: I can't remember ever having an unpleasant nurse. Serious Con: telephone reception hours are practically useless to anyone who works 9-5, and if you do find time to call in during operating hours, the receptionist treats you like you're inconveniencing her and the entire office by daring to request medical attention.

terrible.... It was a minor thing needed and told to go to hospital during lockdown, pandemic. No help on the phone whatsoever. For something non emergency hospital is not a good choice. I had better satisfaction from walk in clinic. Health care professionals should know better..
