Surprisingly this doctor receives new 5 star reviews every few hours, many by accounts with little other review activity! Dr. Oscar M Ramirez operating in the 305 Plastic Surgery had two patients die under his care and was stripped of his license in Maryland and was subject to disciplinary action in Florida.

I recently had laser assisted structural stem cell fat grafting to my face as well as upper eyelid surgery. I understand that because of the way the fat is harvested the fat retention is much better than older methods. my results have been really great..I have actually had strangers at the check out counter ask what I used on my skin (and I'm a man!) Previously I have had 4 surgeries in the past 8 years with Dr, Ramirez......These include: Brow lift, lower eye lift, mid face lift, lower face lift, deep neck lift, as well as Malar (cheekbone) implants....also, Mandibular Angle jaw implants and chin implant that he designed. I myself spent my entire career working in the Beauty Industry and feel I have a good understanding of an attractive face. Dr. Ramirez not only took decades off my appearance but I have been told that he actually made me look more attractive and my results are extremely natural. Over these past 8 years and many different surgeries with Dr. Ramirez I have never been disappointed. My experience has been that he is an excellent listener, has given me honest feedback as to whether my goals were realistic and I have found him to have an artistic eye for aesthetics, facial proportion and what makes for a beautiful/attractive face. and most importantly he has the surgical skills and experience to insure a positive result..I am so pleased with my results with these numerous surgeries over the past 8 years I would confidently recommend him to anyone interested in facial plastic surgery including my family and friends...

I had a facelift in Maryland in 2000. The results were excellent. I did have a problem with a suture trying to come out below my right ear. I showed his partner and he removed it. My body does not dissolve sutures. I still have difficulties with 2 sutures behind my ears trying to come out but I put up with that. If they could be removed, I would have that done. I'll live with it. I look 10 years younger than my age and that's great. I spent one night in his clinic. The nurse on duty was not kind or helpful. I told her I was cold and she just said to cover myself. Mine you, I was still getting over the anesthetic so it was difficult for me. She also spent most the time on the phone cursing about the "rich" patients who were bring treated. That upset me greatly. I am not rich. I borrowed money for the procedure. It took me years to pay that back but it was worth it.

The rather straightforward operation of the chin augmentation from using external incision(less probability of nerve damage) resulted in large area of my chin to be numb, half of my lower lip is semi-numb and a slight lingering pain in my jaw from time to time still 11 years post op. Yeah... slight rare side-effects.... Nightmare experience.

Hi everyone! Dr. Ramirez changed not only my appearance, but also my life. I never thought i could look as good as he made me. He went way past my expectations. I was scared bc ive had work done prior to Dr. Ramirez that wasn't so good. He made me beautiful. He has a keen eye for what beauty is supposed to be. He understands angles very very well. I couldn't have asked for more beautiful results. I will without a doubt go back to him for anything else i may need. Now. I'd be terrified to go to a different physician. This doctor has not esthetic eye.Result is disgusting! He promise wonderful result, but after surgery he foget everything. He is a hungry for money. Be careful

Excellent results! I recently had surgery with Dr. Ramirez including a face lift, neck lift, a chin tightening/recontouring, nano grafts under both eyes and fat grafting to other areas of the face.....I was very impressed by his attention to detail and his meticulous work. I had researched his work and he is highly regarded in his field. There were several Doctors from other countries in to observe his surgical procedures/techniques when I was there. The entire staff from the patient liaison, the anesthesiologist and the entire surgical team were just wonderful. Dr. Ramirez was extremely patient and listened to my every question/concern and took the time to explain the pros/cons of various surgical options that we discussed. I found him to be very honest as well. I went into the consultation thinking I also needed a forehead lift and he explained I really didn't need that procedure......and that the minimal improvement would not warrant the additional expense. I was very impressed that he did not agree to do something that I really didn't need. I am so fortunate to have found a plastic surgeon of his skill and expertise....and my results were even better than I had hoped for. This has been my personal experience and I am more than pleased with the results.................I was not asked to write this review or compensated in any way to do so. My sole motivation is that I wanted to share my surgical experience having found such an excellent surgeon. I previously had other surgeries over the past 25 years with 2 "big names" in both N.Y. and California with a problem and some disappointing results......I wish back then I would have been able to obtain some honest feedback from patients regarding their surgical outcomes.....I could have saved a lot of money, travel and disappointment......I know from my own personal experience that plastic surgery is still surgery....with risks and no guarantees...but I do think finding an excellent surgeon certainly increases your odds for a favorable outcome......If you have reasonable expectations for what you hope to achieve I believe you will be very pleased. . I am extremely grateful to Dr. Ramirez.

NO aftercare, poor communication skills. Does not care about patients. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Ramirez is a caring surgeon who has an aesthetic eye and whose approach is meticulous and academic. He and staff made me very comfortable and my rhinoplasty result looks natural and gorgeous. Even with the complication, (I'm allergic to sutures and other surgical materials), I am confident in the work of this surgeon. He's been very accommodating, kind and professional. I recommend Dr. Ramirez for a genuine experience with an aesthetically pleasing outcome!

I had a facelift, neck, eyes, cheek implants, breasts and liposuction by Dr. Ramirez back in 2004. I lived in Maryland at the time of the surgery. It has been 10 years and I am so happy that I had the surgery done. Dr. Ramirez did a fantastic job and after all this time, the positive results are still positive. If I needed any repairs done (even from this surgery) I would only want Dr. Ramirez to do the work.
