Dr Bob has been my doc for a bit more than 4 yrs now. He took me as a new patient after being medical released for the Canadian forces. He also took on my wife and 2 kids. The care and service from his office is outstanding.

Dr. Bob knew me when I was little and and did not hesitate to see me when I returned for a visit. He is my family's G.P. He is very knowledgeable and makes a patient feel at ease. I have to respond and say that a joke here or there removes the "god" complex that some physicians have. The wait was not bad and I remember when a very ill patient came in... He asked the secretary to tell the patients he might be delayed. I did not mind. If you are I'll you will get in. His knowledge is so worth it. Also, he is so great with women as was his wife who worked as a nurse in his office. He cares about his family too by his many pictures in his office. He is very approachable. Medicine is at its best here!

I have had Dr.Prosser ever since I was a little tike. He has always gone out of his way for me I'm 17 dealing with depression, anxiety, ocd and may other things. He has been nothing but helpful with getting me the help I need and making sure I know that he is only a phone call away if I ever needed anything. He is very easy to talk to and get a long with, even though he can be harsh at points he only means well. I love Dr.Prosser, he is a great doctor with up to date information.

Dr. Prosser Rocks!! He's been my physician for only 1.5 years as I just moved here but in that time he's been professional, knowledgable and caring. I can't say enough positive things about him and wish more doctors were like him. More younger doctors could learn a lot from his experience and engagement with patients. And I love his secretary - she does not have any easy job and really tries to fit people in when they are ill. So what the waiting times are longer - that's common in most places.

Dr Bob has been my husband's doctor for 30+ years and was my doctor too for 20+ years. I got another doctor because I feel that, although Dr Bob knows his stuff and keeps up with new medical stuff, he is not a good doctor for women. When my husband and I both needed knee surgery, he sent him to see the top surgeon in the area and sent me to one who is probably the bottom or close to it. The same thing happened with other specialists. The final straw for me came when I went to him complaining of chest pain and he told me that "all women have chest pain - it's normal - don't worry about it". When I told a woman doctor what he'd said, she almost fainted from shock and then told me to get away from him and find another doctor, fast! My only other comment on Dr Bob is that he spends WAY too much time telling jokes and stories. I find this shows a gross lack of concern for the many many people sitting in his waiting area. My husband routinely waits over an hour past his appointment time.

Dr. Bob is a very friendly man and enjoys conversation! When you are there to see him due to illness and he does not take the time to listen to your symptoms but would rather tell you stories of his kids and what they are up to.....then simply prescribes something to make you better.....I do not call this efficient medicine! I find he talks about himself and his family too much, not listening to your problem...and again...when he is done his story will simply write out a prescription every time! As I have been unsatisfied with the services I have been receiving from him over the last few years, I, as well as my family (parents and siblings) have found ourselves another family physician.

Dr.Prosser is a good Dr. Although the wait takes forever..and he does like to push pills! But still he is a very friendly Dr. and knows what he is doing. As for his desk girl..she is a nice person too..but if she is nasty to you be nasty right back..that is what i did and now she know me by my name is is always friendly to me and always goes out of her way to say hi to my son!

Am I the only one Bob tells all the colorful jokes to? LOL. Bob is very caring, knowledgeable, and the 6 of us enjoy him greatly. The secratary has been VERY rude to us both over the phone and in person for no reason. I HATE having to call there because of her. I can't understand why she is employeed there. Bob and Joyce(his wife) are such wonderful people. Bob has always taken good care of us. Yes sometimes there is a wait, sometimes we go right in. Every Dr. office is like that.

Wonderful Dr. He may be old school in practice and theory but he is modern in education. Tell me the name of a dr. where you dont need to wait, I guarentee you wont find it in NB. As for his receptionist over booking, hmmmm ever think that there may have been a person who was sicker then you that required to be seen without an appt? I'm sure you would grumble if you were the one sick calling to be squeezed in and she said no. You cant please them all. I have great respect for a man that grieves when a pt dies, gets excited at the news of a baby's birth in his practice and sheds a tear when the client with dementia needs to be placed in a facility. The man cares for his patients.
