He has a new secretary now and she is awesome :) I've been going to Dr. Janes for 30 years and have nothing bad to say about him. However the majority of the staff there are very rude. However he has a new secretary now and she is great. I just ask to speak to her and bypass the other not so friendly secretary's.

Been seeing Dr. Janes for 30 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Now his staff on the other hand, are very rude. If you don't like what you do go elsewhere. Never have I seen the like.

Great guy, which makes a great doctor!If he weren't so busy I'd suggest everybody go to see him!

I was a patient of Dr.Janes, for many years & when to him for non serious health matters. I found him excellent, great bed side manner, & easy to talk to. I would recommend him to everyone. There is one downside to him office, the receptionists are SOOOO rude and short with you and NEVER use manners. There was a time when I wanted to make an appointment for my daughter, Dr. Janes receptionist has to one of the worse people I have the unfortunate chance to come across. Rude is no word to describe it. She has no people skills & no feelings for the sick people that are in the office because they are sick.

Awesome Family Doctor. I've been a client of his for over 20 years and now that my children are grown with families of their own they are clients of his as well. I have always found Dr. Janes to be kind, caring and patient and has never given me a misdiagnoses. I'd like to thank him for all his years of great care.

My mother was a patient of Dr. Janes. She went to him for years and liked him, but we as a family at times were frustrated with him when he would "put her off" and "downplay" her symptoms. It all came to a head when she went to him with bleeding and he told her that she had hemrroids, without even checking her. Note: He knew she was a cancer patient. Long story made short....we took her to emergency to get her checked out and she ended up having a colonoscopy that very day and found out her cancer was back. A little over a year later she died. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Janes has been my doctor for 25 years. I'd never change. He has never dismissed any of my problems over the years. Always, always, referred me to a specialist if need be. Great doctor!

I am writing on behalf of my husband and myself,our son,his wifeand family and his wives parents who live in Bonavista. We find Dr. Janes to be an a-l doctor who don't stop until he gets to the root of the problem. He cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. If Dr. Janes is not sure of your problem he will send you to someone who specializes in that problem.

Dr. Janes has been mine and my family's doctor for about 29 years. He has been good to my family and always took the time to get to the problem. He makes you feel comfortable and when he is not sure what the problem is he has no issue with finding out through other sources. He is the best.

Dr. Janes was my Family Dr. for years .Unfortuantly I became ill with a disease that he could not diagnose and started to get somewhat quick with me .I looked for another Dr. and got Diagnosed .He was a big disappointment and I cannot say I would recommend him to anyone .That's my Opinion only
