Dr. Clement was my family physician for several years before his new front assistant started, Pricilla. All she wants to do is hear herself talk and honestly, she doesn't know what she's doing because she doesn't LISTEN! Why they have her answering the phones and up front as the initial contact is beyond me. Trust me, she's an idiot. The only reason I stayed with Clement for as long as I did was because he has an excellent nurse, Annette, who is way overworked. Dr. Clement himself, I could take or leave. He doesn't like to be questioned about anything and would tell me to "shhhh" if I tried to explain about my ailment. He's made the comment more than once that he's the dr., not me. He's thorough during your appt. with him but each appt. is like starting for the first time. I think this is a result of a dr. who really doesn't care about his patients. I wish I had not wasted so much time with him. I should have made this change long ago before Pricilla came along and made it unbearable.

He is a wonderful Dr. Very knowledgable and takes his time to talk to you. Doesn't make you feel out of place. Very down to earth, great Dr. I was diagnoised as a diabetic last year and then later in the I got laid off from my job. He always gave me samples until I got insurance again. Office is very friendly. You don't find too many true good Dr's and he is one of them.

I have been going to him for years, but now ready to find another dr. I have severe leg pain and each time I go to him all I hear is it is my age or arthritis..(I am 54 for God Sake). He gives me nothing for pain, and now I am going to Shans Hospital to see what can be done. Found out I have herniated disc in back, and he would not even write me a script for a MRI or CT Scan to see what was the problem. I know doctors fear writing scripts for pain, but some of us really do need it.

DR CLEMENT IS A GREAT DOCTOR, HE LISTENS TO YOU AND IS VERY DOWN TO EARTH. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. HIS STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DON'T JUST TAKE YOUR COPAY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE JUST ANOTHER PATIENT COMING THROUGH THE OFFICE. THEY ALWAYS SAY HI AND ACKNOWLEDGES YOU WHEN YOU ARE THERE, VERY FRIENDLY. WHEN I GOT LAID OFF FROM MY JOB I COULD NOT AFFORD MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE. THE DR MADE SURE TO GIVE ME SAMPLES UNTIL I GOT NEW INSURANCE AGAIN.

Dr. Clement is cool, he makes me feel comftable talking about how i feel, he also reads the files and ask me about the last medication taken, he makes sure it went well with me, and so far i cant complain about him. I have astma that usually complicates with bronchitis and so far everything he prescribes, usually knocks it out, good doctor, i for sure recomend him to anyone.

Clement is all about prescribing a Zpack or Amoxcillin. He never does a throat swab to find out what is wrong. He must get credit for giving out as many zpaks as possible. Three times to him in 3 weeks still didn't work. Good lord!

doctor prescribed my husband medication for herinated disc. Filled out all the forms to get records from other doctors. The other doctors did not respond quick enough for the dr. clement and he refused to give any more medication and caused my husband to go through withdraw symptoms. My husband did everything he was supposed to due, but was punished because his former doctors did not respond quick enough. This is extremely unprofessional

I really liked him, although he is not the most personal MD, he took the time to find out what was wrong with me. I came in with stomach cramps, he thought it was simply gas, but he did a few test before i left to be sure. It turned out to much more serious. If it wasn't for him finding out what was wrong and then sending me to the hospital, i don't know what could have happened. The only issue i have is i can only go there if i have a serious issue, i cannot go there for a cold b/c i cannot take 3 hours away from work. in my opinion, that is a small price to pay for an MD who knows what is going on.

Didn't review chart to know why I was there. Was ready to send me out of the door without checking my problem. Had swollen lymph glands in neck, he barely felt them and said don't worry about it. It was about a 3 second evaluation. That was it. No explanation. When I asked for a better explanation, he literally threw his hand up and said that if I was the type of person that just wouldn't listen to him, he'd refer me to a specialist so I could see what he had to say. Scrawled a referral that listed "jaw pain" (my glands weren't even sore, not sure where that explanation came from). This was such a strange situation that I sat there for a few seconds thinking he had to be joking ... he wasn't. This was my first and last visit to this doctor. In addition, clinic was messy and it took over a week to get an appointment because I was a new patient. I also waited for over an hour to see the doctor.
