(PROLOTHERAPY) I received my first treatment. 144 needles. (Sure glad I didn't refuse the Demerol) areas treated- shoulders-spine: cervical/thoracic /lumbar. I was placed face down on the table/ wiped with antiseptic agent (very warm feeling and given the pain killer via drip) I immediately started praying to the Dominion of the Holy Spirit and to the Safety and Protection of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. To guide this treatment which I was to receive. The needles started fast and accurately, injecting the proliferate into my damaged areas, When the injections hit the muscle knot/spasm that developed after my injury, I curled my toes in pain not wanting to move, I faintly listened as this experienced practitioner carried out the treatment requesting various needles from his assistant. It has been only 1 wk and i am seeing incredible results, pain that has been chonic for 3+ yrs has vanished like a bad dream. God Bless You Doctor Cenaiko, your skill is greatly appreciated! AMEN:
The amount of treatment this man has provided to his patients in the Wakaw area is nothing short of amazing. The fact that Dr. Cenaiko is still working displays his passion for Medicine and his willingness to improve other's live's. The only negative part of his Practice is the ignorant and ungrateful people of Wakaw who continuously criticize his work, on here, through word of mouth or worse in the local paper(Wakaw Recorder). If you are one of those ignorant, uneducated people who come on here to bash him...Ask yourself what have you contributed to society? Dr. Cenaiko has saved thousands of lives and dedicated his life to helping others. He surely doesn't NEED to be working, helping the people of Wakaw anymore but he chooses to because that is what he was blessed to do, which is very admirable. Fred Cenaiko is one of the best people you will ever have the pleasure to meet. He has touched the lives of many, medically and spiritually. Dr. Cenaiko is one of the best Dr.'s in Canada.
Yes Dr. was good but as most i agree that he needs to retire and let someone else look after patients. My step-father was there and did not get good results for the doctor. Dr. Cenaiko has been his doctor for years but slowly is loosing his credibility to be a good doctor with misdiagnosis. He is very caring otherwise.
Dr. Cenaiko was a good doctor in his day, but that day has passed. He has made poor decisions based on things he "has seen before", and which do not apply to everyone. It is just a matter of time before there is a serious incident which will force him to retire!
I think Dr. Cenaiko is a very knowledgeable Dr. He uses modern technology. Laser and a Swedish method of Trigger point injections to treat chronic pain. He may be up in year but his experience is what counts. Medicine is always changing and no one single Dr. can keep up with every thing they need to work together. I have seen him call others and reference things. I think he is the Best Dr. in Saskatchewan he will see anyone he’s never too busy (at his age) to take care of any one. Way to go Dr. you deserve the Order of Canada. From A young family that hopes you will be around for another 20 years. Keep up the good work
This doctor has almost cost the lives of several of my relatives in Wakaw. He is WAY past the day when he should be actively treating patients. Not aware of current technologies or trends, quick to diagnose and does not ask for appropriate specialist assistance. No one from my family uses him any more; the risks became too great.
He's the best doctor anyone could ever have! What do you expect after he practiced for 50 years? He is still a caring doctor who loves to help his patients in need, including me and my family. Wish we had more doctors like him. He didn't get the Order of Canada for nothing. Kudos to Dr. Cenaiko!
Poor diagnosis and limited knowledge of currently available technologies and methods. Also poor quality hands on performance for stitching.
I have been a patient for 24 years, and have found his friendliness a definate cause to keep coming to see him. Unlike some physicians, he does not make me feel like an anonomous face, or someone with a number, waiting in line to be served! I am a REAL PERSON. He is willing to listen, to take that extra few minutes to talk with you, to explain things, to make suggestions, and to quickly see that referals are put in place when specialists are needed. Generally he is on time, but on occasion, is delayed due to his being at the hospital for an emergency...and for that, I don't mind waiting.
I travelled 6 hours to see Dr. Cenaiko after hearing about his expertise in the area of Prolo-therapy, he was very thorough and explained the procedure, recovery and benefits of the treatment to me so I could understand it and he answered any and all my questions. I found Dr. Cenaiko to be genuinely concerned about my problem, he listened to what I had to say and was very empathetic. I had been to see a specialist who had been trained by Dr. Cenaiko, he wanted to charge 3 times as much and wanted me to attend at least twice as many treatments. It will be unfortunate when Dr. Cenaiko does finally retire from his practice.
