Dr texture never rushes and always listens to everything I share with her. She us an amazing Doctor

Dr. Textor has always been patient a kind. She takes the time to genuinely listen to me and explain things in a way I can understand. I've never felt rushed out of her office. I will say that I have had a hard time with the front desk staff at times and have been treated rudely, but it has been much better lately.

My experiences with Dr textor have always been positive. She is thorough, professional and has a caring demeanour . I feel grateful to have such a great family doctor.

Met Dr Textor while she was working with Dr Eckersley. That day I decided I will never have a male Dr again she was so professional and knowledgeable especially about womens health. She and her associates at Aspen are like having 4 Dr’s who all know my health issues and are on top of every aspect of my care. It is so reassuring, and I have heard comments from other health professionals that I have a great Dr looking after me. From nurses to ER doctors and my Oncologist to clerical staff at UHNBC I was resentful discharged from BCCancer’s and told I had an excellent Primary Care Physician who will oversee my on going checkups. Three days later her receptionist called me with the plan for my next six month checkup in their clinic.

I was in the walk in the other day about a delicate matter and met Dr Textor .DR Textor was very kind, caring , compassionate and had a way of comforting me and putting my mind at ease yet still remaining professional. I felt seen , heard , respected and understood. Could not ask for more.

Seriously what a condescending interaction from the Time I walked through the door and had to interact with the secretaries through to the end of the appointment. dr Textor did not listen to me after explaining my pain over and over . Went to the salveo clinic later and dr Lotze saved my life . This doctor and her staff need to change things back to the way they were when Ekersley was there . This practice has gone down the toilet
