we had very hard time with our son sickness for more than 2 months when he was seen by many doctors then he was seen by dr roushdi who did thorough assessment and proper referral and now he is getting the proper treatment and getting much better

My daughter is being followed by her. she is very knowledgeable, perfect listener with very appropriate and clear management plan and follow up. very impressed by her experience and her communication. she is very on top of things. we have always felt very confident in her care

Put simply, Dr. Roushdi's clinic is the WORST clinic I have ever dealt with. We were referred here due to my child's nephrology concerns - I wish we never were. Not only does this clinic lack anything resembling punctuality (appointment times are meaningless - I've had to wait an hour and a half, to two hours, to be seen), and the reception staff are amongst the most heinous, rude, condescending people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. We never know whether our appointment is virtual or in-person. We never know where our requisitions are. We never know WHEN our appointments are - we have to constantly call and do all the hard work ourselves, and are routinely met with the sort of despicable attitude as if we've massively inconvenienced the staff by asking them to simply do their job. Dr. Roushdi herself is extremely knowledgeable, and exhibits very good bedside manner - but this clinic may as well be run by toddlers. It would achieve the same efficiency, without the disgusting attitude and complete lack of compassion from the staff. I wish I could provide 0/5 stars for the staff, because 1 seems far too generous. Do yourself a favor and find yourselves another clinic. If you're referred here, my one word advice: AVOID

Dr. Amani Roushdi was taking care of my son after the appendectomy. Absolutely positive experience. Knowledgeable doctor, respectful communication with patients/family. I was surprised to see many negative reviews here. Our family would definitely recommend Dr.Roushdi. We are very grateful for the care she had been provided to our son!

We see her has a urinary specialist. We can’t switch clinics due to the long wait times for a new specialist. This is the most disorganized clinic I have every used. Always late, I have to chase them for everything, rude staff, not tech savvy at all (but insists on video calls), books appointments they don’t tell me about, so busy that you can’t see the doctor for months. Can’t wait to be done with them.

Dr Roushdi is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Shame on her! Hate her assessment and bedside manner and her garbage knowledge about kids medications!!! I wish I could giver her -100 not even zero!

Dr. Roushdi is an incredible physician that goes above and beyond for her patients. Her knowledge and experience is definitely evident in how detail oriented she is in her exam and has a holistic approach which is always a plus. Her office staff are also very kind and super helpful
