Dr. Kemp has been my physician for over 10 years. Excellent doctor, good follow up, patient, kind and honest. Always leave the visit with questions answered. Will easily refer if situation calls for it.

pre occupied. Curt.Forgets what he says to patients when questions are asked on subsequent visit. OK when in good mood.If he's having a bad day patient better to go to outpatient clinic another time.
