He needs to RETIRE!!!! He doesn't have a clue about his field,. I had more knowledge and care from strangers than this quack. Do yourself a favor and search for a different doctor that actually knows how to provide care for your medical needs. I only gave one star because you have too.

I've seen seeing Dr. Scully for over 10 years and he's a very good doctor in his field, he was the one helped me relieved a lot on my osteoarthritis, psoriatic, and even helped me a lot to clear up my psoriasis that I've been suffering for so many years, with the injection that am using to this day still helping me with my skin problem, he's very thorough and I feel that he cares about his patients' physical conditions. He's also the doctor of my son-in-law who he loved him so much, I highly recommend Dr. Scully if he's still taking new patients, at this time he's not accepting new patients because my sister has the same problem as mine and her doctor sent a referral to see Dr. Scully and I got a call that he's not presently accepting new patients.
