I've never really enjoyed visits to dentists because of fear of pain and hygiene. But Dr Ratra changed my mind set, he was charismatic, professional and knowledgeable doctors I have ever encountered. I arrived in pain and with a broken tooth, he made me feel welcomed. He made a normally painful procedure easy and painless. He explained the process to me in detail about what he is doing and why. He was humorous and shared a lot of things which makes you feel very comfortable.
