Urgent Care did refer me to ask for Dr. Gavin upon arrival to the hospital... As soon as l got onto the emergency room , had some more paper work to feel out, they hooked me up to an IV to ease my pain and then there was Dr. Gavin..He had just finished surgery and had gotten the news of my arrival... We talked, he then left to review the exrays which were taken at the urgent care... About 30 min. later Dr. Gavin returned and had a lengthily conversation explaining the procedure for a Hip Replacement...He answered ALL my questions and l was immediately anxious to get this surgery over with and into Rehab ASAP!! Surgery was scheduled for the next day..Dr. Gavin came to my room, again asked if l had any more questions, which l did not...was taken to the Operating Room...The operation took about an hour and 15 min...lt went awesome...,was taken to recovery, and Dr. Gavin came by to check on me once l was back in the room ....was Awesome!!
