I have been to her for years for neuropathy to Fx foot. She provided me excellent care & helped keep my pain at minimal level. She provides safe & caring care. Surgery went well!!!!

I don't see how anyone could rate this doctor below a 5 star unless you were having a bad day. I've never heard her being condescending to any patient. She might give the impression of being "in a hurry", but that's just the way she is. If you ask a question, she' more than willing to stop and explain. Friendly, energetic & and very chatty. Makes a person feel "at home"

The best podiatrist there is! Love her! She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. She has done several surgeries on my feet and I trust her entirely!

This is my second surgery with Dr. Julie Jones one in 2012 and one in 2014 both times she did excellent work she is a very caring doctor I would recommend her to any one her staff is very caring and very helpful ladies thank you Julie Jones and Staff Cathy B.

Dr. Julie Jones is a fantastic physician. She gives you the time you need to ask questions and will answer them in detail. She has a wonderful personality and is very caring to the patients. She knows her stuff and takes the time to get to know you as a person. The staff is wonderful and easy going and will always have a smile on their face. Dr Julie Jones is a very caring physician. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure I get the very best treatment and that I understand my treatment. I've had surgery on both my feet and Dr. Jones post op care was outstanding . She took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful information to aid me in my recovery. She has always made me feel at ease. Several of my family members have also seen Dr. Jones and we would all recommend her. She has wonderful and friendly staff as well.

Our family loves Dr. Jones. She is personable and caring. She takes time to get to know her patients and their foot problems. Better yet, she fixes our foot problems! She thoroughly explains her diagnosis and what the plan of action will be taken. I have recommended her numerous times and will continue to do so!

The worst experience from a doctor I've ever had. The appt was for my plantar fasciatis. I asked about my foot xrays they'd taken and if I could see them and she told me I was "wasting time" that she's been reading xrays for 20 yrs and knows what to look for--that they wouldn't make any sense to me. I was stunned! but insisted on seeing them since I (and my insurance) are PAYING for them. She was shrill, rushed, and insulting if you asked a question. She pushed Orthoheels and the office $35 inserts (like the green Superfeet, which she surprisingly has never heard of). She pulled my over-the-counter inserts out of my shoes "NICE TRY!!" and put hers in. I put my shoes on, stood up w/my purse and headed for the door. I'd had enough of this condescending lunatic. I told the staff out front 'I would NOT be back, the woman was nuts.' Paid for the inserts and got out of there. She is one of the nastiest people I've ever encountered in my life and am reporting her to my insurance co.
