I was first introduced to Dr. fletcher back in Late 1993 at the University Of Louisville medical center sent to him for the diagnosis of Alpha1. I thought he was the most aragant SOB that ever walked the face of the earth and his main intrest was in sleep study and not my main concern of the genetic lung disease. I was later treated by him at Floyd Memorial Hospital in the 2000s and he had not changed one bit.. My best advise if someone suggest this Dr. Run as fast as you can from him!!
