FIND SOMEONE ELSE... So disappointed!!! He has an assistant who has horrible customer service. I saw her in person and she was awful until Dr. Ridge came out to smooth things over. (I was marked as a no show because I was waiting to be checking in and the receptionist was on a very long call) Then the next time I had an appointment, I had to cancel due to a stomach bug, I called the day before, over 23 hours in advance but Savannah told me they will be charging a no show fee of $100. DID THEY SERIOUSLY WANT ME TO BRING HER IN??? She was curt and rude and I told her how I felt and then she hung up on me! Called the office back and Dr. Ridge said he will be charging the fee and is asking that I don't try to reschedule. What horrible service!
Worst experience ever! He is rude and didn't engage with our son. Not only rude to our son and belittled him, but was rude to us, as his parents, as well. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! There are much, much better practitioners out there.
He doesn’t talk to my son at all, barely talks to me our sessions last about 10 minutes if I’m lucky! He’s been seeing my son for almost 2yrs and my son has gotten worse not better and it’s like pulling teeth to get ahold of him or his nurse
He is rude and uncaring. Talks down to kids, but sucks up to parents.
Knowledgeable, but uncaring. It's been too long since he was a kid --obviously doesn't remember how important play time can be. While he brought up some things other MD's had missed in our first session, he completely disregarded them all for the second session. He was, as another reviewer put it, "borderline rude" and mostly to our 13-year-old son. Then he asked him "what are you thinking?" Better question Doctor Ridge: "What are YOU thinking?!?" Shouldn't be working with kids in my opinion!
We love Dr. Ridge, he has been a life saver to our family! We have been seeing him for several years he was first to help us get our youngest son diagnosed with autism and has continue to help improve his quality of life. He always listens and thinks outside of the box, he is straight forward because he cares not just for the kids but for me as a parent. He has helped all 3 of my children, a daughter 15 and sons 10 & 8 cope with anxiety, depression and sensory processing disorders. We recommend him to everyone!
AVOID HIM!! He is manipulative and tries to take advantage of people in need. Never have I seen someone so fake and disingenuous.
We enjoyed working with Dr. Ridge. We felt he was patient with my daughter, he took time to listen and assess her needs, and was responsive to us as her parents as well.
He is wonderful. Very good with kids. He could probably figure out any child issues. He has improved our family life.
I love this guy!!! I was diagnosed with a panic disorder super young. Through an incredible miracle I found him at like 14-15...and now I am 22. He is incredible and changed my life. He taught me about my anxiety, helped me manage it, helped me conquer it, let me cry about it, and just was an incredible friend. I'll be forever grateful! Would recommend him to seriously everyone.
