other doctors would only give me pain pills.they didnt help that much.dr.greenberg gave me complete relief from my neck pain.now i can move my head and function normaly again.

Champion! At age 48 I had a goal I wanted to accomplish win a Judo Championship, but i had a couple degenerative discs that were so painful I could not walk or sleep let alone practice Judo. It felt like a hot wire running down my leg. Pain pills did nothing for my pain. I was depressed and had lost hope for the future. Dr Greenburg changed all those negative thoughts with his epidural injections. One hour after the first injection I was back on the Judo mat. Later that year I won the Fudo No Se Kaku Judo tournament. At age 48 I became a Judo Champion this would have been impossible without Dr Mark Greenburg. Do not live with pain anymore go see Dr Greenburg get your life back. I am forever grateful to Dr Greenburg he did what other doctors failed to stop my pain, M.B.

I've been a chronic pain patient since 2001 and moved to Ashland Oregon 3 years ago. I lost my primary doctor in Medford Oregon May 2015 due to her quitting her private practice to become a hospitalist. I decided at that time to get a primary doctor in Ashland so it would be easier for me to have all my doctors in my home town. I seen Dr. Greenberg for the first time today (08/06/2015) and have spent most of my day crying because of the way he treated me. The nurse took me in a room, had me un-dress and put a gown on. He came in about 25 minutes later and started talking to me. Then he had me stand up and he started doing some tests, bending my arms, legs and having me walk. Then he told me to lay on the bed on my back and then turn over on my stomache. When he started pressing on the lower part of my back, I felt pain that was un-bearable. I told him it hurt really bad. He stepped back, told me to sit up and he said "I WILL NOT PRESCRIBE ANY PAIN MEDICATION FOR YOU AT ALL" He said "I WANT YOU TO GO TO PHYSICAL THERAPY SO ARE YOU GOING TO DO IT OR AM I WASTING MY TIME". I don't think in all my years of seeing doctors have I ever met any doctor as hateful and as rude as Dr. Greenberg was to me today. I have never been given a opportunity to have my pain treated with anything more than medication and today if this doctor would have said " I WANT YOU TO GO TO PHYSICAL THERAPY PLUS START A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM AND SHOW ME YOUR TRYING AND I WILL PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDICATION TO HELP YOU GET THROUGH IT FOR 6 MONTHS," I would have done it. Not all over-weight chronic pain patients want to remain that way. In fact all some of us need is just to know there are other options and our doctor will be there helping us get through it.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! He is not honest, abrasive bedside manner. For example: this 'doctor' would operate and remove someone's nerves (he makes more $ this way) than prescribe medication for an individual with severe, chronic, debilitating pain. This man is sick-he would rather have someone in pain than help them. Read reviews on other sites...then go see someone (ANYONE) else!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Greenberg for 3+ years. I'm a disabled veteran. The VA doc's have thrown a lot of pills my way including daily doses of methadone, to try to help me. since i started seeing Dr. Greenberg i have been off methadone and take hydro-codone as needed to help with my pain along with periodic injections into my lumbar spine which provide additional relief. Dr. is very knowledgeable. I rated the punctuality as good because there have been several times where i have had to wait a little longer, only because Dr. Greenberg will spend extra time with a patient when needed as he has done with me. I rated Dr. Greenberg's helpfulness as good, only because there are limitations to what modern medicine can do to help me with the medical conditions i have. I would recommend Dr. Greenberg if you suffer from chronic pain like I do. Mike

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Greenburg’s for 1-½ years for Medication Management, when I first came to see Dr. Greenburg I was in urgent need of help, moreover it was essential that I get assistance as soon as possible. Dr. Greenburg has both a high level of integrity and compassion, He and his staff are professional, friendly and non judgmental. I’ve had past experiences with inept Doctors and seeing Dr. Greenburg has liberated me and has given me new freedom to live my life. After calling other pain specialist and told I would be on a long list of others for up to three months before I could get an appointment I was left feeling discouraged and helpless. My primary Doctor made one call to Dr. Greenburg and I was able to get in to see him within three days, I now have a new sense of independence and optimism, I’m no longer captive to my illness. I recommend Dr. Greenburg to anyone that needs help with Pain/Medication Management. He is thoughtful and knowledgeable with an etiquette often not found in Medical field these days. He and the staff will treat you with dignity and respect, and I’m personally forever grateful for his sensitivity and support. ~Hank

Worst doctor I have ever seen, extremely arrogant, rude and completely dishonest. I have had (legitimate and fully documented) chronic pain for 8 years. This doctor said he wanted to "remove the nerves from my neck" as treatment - no phys therapy, medication, prolotherapy, etc. Said he "never prescribes medication anymore" but his website says differently. Go see someone else - RUN from this one! He's a step away from being sued. Horrible practice.
