I saw this doctor two years ago and I still remember how bad she was. I was referred to her for an Asperger's evaluation. Instead of testing me for Asperger's, she gave me an IQ test. When she was getting my personal history she spent about a third of the time arguing with me and telling me my Internet boyfriend was "not a real boyfriend." In the formal writeup this got translated into "X interpreted my comments as judgmental and may have dismissed them without consideration because she felt angry at me." She asked for my SAT scores, which I feel were completely irrelevant. When she finished drafting the evaluation she had us come in to review what she wrote and make sure everything was accurate (it wasn't, and I feel that's cheating). In sum, I feel like the evaluation was a waste of $5000 and I would rather have not been evaluated at all.
